Great service

Terrible experience with delivery. No contact from the delivery driver, he just failed delivery, saying he couldn't drive his tiny truck into our estate (where articulated lorries, bin lorries, fire engines, oil tankers, delivery trucks regularly drive). They were fairly curt with their responses to my emails. Wanted to charge me £75 for redelivery or 20% restocking fee, as their driver couldn't be bothered. In the end, after many emails and phone calls they agreed to 'attempt' redelivery. I had to take a tractor and forks down to meet the driver and mate on the main road and take delivery in a precarious location! Absolutely bonkers, we are on a sound, tarmac road, busses, coaches etc regularly drive through, but not this guy and his tiny truck. Absolute trauma and I wish I'd spent the extra £20 and bought from my usual supplier, who have delivered a great many, much larger appliances to me with no drama.

The item took 2 weeks to be delivered

Had the pleasure of dealing with Linsey from the sales team. She was very helpful and did everything possible to answer my questions in a very polite manner. Would go back and use these again no problem.
