Not able to link with my laptop warranty

The software is not connected to the warranty systems nor the ordering system, so the software can’t determine whether you already bought the extension. its a guarantee - don't know if its good unless something goes wrong can't rate the product til then.
the invoice isn't sent to you - click through, click back, copy paste jump up and down, clap your hands then you get a printable invoice - why not just send one - or does that mean you do the work and the customer gets it easy? oh and you cant submit a review without checking thro a weeks emails

No response from customer service when I cancelled order within 14 day cooling off period. HP computer was unserviceable and returned to supplier, no claim or help required from best2serve, hence service was not needed. No rating possible re delivery and goods but customer service poor to non existent.

So far so good. My order was delivered digitally so no delays there. Cheaper than the price offered by the retailer I purchased the PC from as well so good news there. All that remains to be seen is if my computer breaks down whether the actual service offered is any good or, whether I get messed about over liability and the policy is as good as useless

Satisfactory outcome, but identifying what to do and how to contact someone for a mechanical (hinge) repair for a just out of warranty £1000 laptop less than 3 years old was over difficult and time consuming.
