The discs arrived on schedule within the 10 day period as per advised. Coming from outside the UK I was half expecting some post Brexit tax to be applied but the price was as stated in the order. I had my computer up and running within three hours having accidentally wiped the hard disk in the first place. Greatly relieved to have a fully operational system again. Great reliable service!

It happened so quickly, that I have purchased things I couldn't afford. Well I am waiting for response regarding my refund.
The process was confusing and far from clear. I am still not sure what I paid for and how long the service lasts. The agent was poor, constantly having to refer. Having not made much progress, she suggested we switch off power and WiFi to iPad and printer. As this would take some time, she said advised she was going to disconnect the call, then phone me back. SHE NEVER PHONED BACK!!
