Have HP instant ink contract,machine gives wrong readings(1/2 full when empty, happened x2).Paid for support, support person reluctantly gets me to repeat tests Id already done, that uses up my page allocation.Reluctantly she sends more ink,fixed it,10 days of no printer, £18 worse off. Im paying Instant Ink contract but not my fault if readings are wrong but Im out of pocket, not happy at all!!
