Ordered express delivery with delivery in 2-3 working days. Received the order after 9 calendar days.
0 points for customer service as there was no response to my email sent to the the email address on the invoice. A follow-up telephone call received no resolution; the contact saying he would investigate and get back to me but never did.

This was a total waste of money and pretty much a rip off.

I wasn't helped in any way. The HP customer service adviser was rude. And since going through their troubleshooting tips. I now can't used my printer AT ALL.

I will be makig a complaint.

The "Rating" refers to purchase of a 1 off technical support event purchased from Hewlett Packard via Best2serve.com As such there were no "Goods" per se and best2 serve did little other than formalise the order on HP and the associated payment. Hence this review is not really of best2serve, but relates to the support received from HP.

Impossible to review a System Recovery Kit until it is used, hopefully never.

Very disappointed that the instructions were 4pt or smaller and printed in a light grey colour.

So then please send me my money back, because I was charged with 284£ for this.

I received an e mail about extended warranty for my HP laptop from best2serve. Naively I thought the mail was from HP themselves so, having bought the warranty at a price that turned out to be less than HP's, and finding it wasn't I was concerned.

I had occasion to speak to HP however and they reassured me best2serve was one of their partners and the warranty is with HP. So, I am happy again

My own fault for not reading the information carefully enough, but I feel it was a little misleading, the "2 years" being in large type but the fact that this was 2 years from the date of purchase, not from now was in smaller type.
