could not get through on phone line at all after paying let alone instant access Support hyperlink didnt work Got through to actual HP staff on another number who fixed it

Basically they did some diagnostics over the phone and was determined my PC hardware is faulty, which is probably correct as PC doesn't start. As they couldn't fix it I was given a refund.

told me that I had two compromised hard drives said they would cost £300 plus I said I couldn't afford that he then proceeded to delete the email he had sent couldn't believe what i was hearing and seeing. said goodbye after a lot more hassle. retrieved my email from spam put the virus checker on my laptop. who ever spoke to me was evil. he knew I was 81 years old and took advantage
