We were charged £20 just to get through to support even though it was a warranty issue with a cartridge.
Support refused to respond when we asked if this was still chargeable even though the problem was with an in warranty cartridge :( very disappointed with the service and the communication.

Apart from paying for a service I hope I will not have to call upon, I have not had occasion to do so. I have little to base an assessed rating on. You have forced me to offer a star rating that I consider inappropriate.

Excellent collection and delivery but the service received regarding the repair cost should have been much clearer. A repair figure was provided but I was unable to obtain a breakdown of the parts to be replaced and the associated labour charge enabling me to investigate alternative repairs. The cost quoted was at the highest end of expectation. However, the product was returned fully working.

The technician was able to partially resolve the communication problem between my HP laptop and my HP printer, but I had to follow this work up myself in order to completely resolve it. All is well now.
