Not sure if your fault or HP's fault but bought telephone assistsance time through you and cant use it as their system will not give me a case number and I cannot get through to them to ask for a refund!

I never give a five star rating because there is always room for improvement. I didn't buy an item just a couple of service agreements. terms of service look good, it remains to be seen whether the service is any good if/when I needs help. I received a very good response from your customer services when I needed help downloading my invoices.

Sent back my laptop for it to be repaired. The motherboard and battery needed replacing. I received the laptop back after 3 days which must be a world record. Amazing service!

This is the worst company i have dealt with i think ever. Basically they lie , then they will not get back in touch after a complaint and then they in my view steal money. I cannot tell you just how bad the service has been. I have written asking for explanations and noone will respond apart from to say i can't handle this and will get someone else to contact you. 1 star is a compliment.

I was able to solve the problem on the phone, although I found it difficult to hear at times. I was a bit of a coincidence that this problem happened just before my original warranty ran out so that I had to purchase an extended warranty.

The date of purchase was incorrect on the HP Care Pack Contract and now having sent a copy of the receipt for the computer I am waiting for confirmation of the computer registration and the correct date on the HP Care Pack Contract
