Seemed to take a while to arrived but checked and delivery was well within stated time frame so that was good. Have not been able update system yet with being in lockdown computer is being used to often so will have to put up with problem a little longer thank you

My printer stopped working apparently due to a system upgrade at HP Web Services. I called the service desk twice to try and resolve the issue but after various attempts the agents said they would look into it and call me back. They never did so I am cancelling my contract and going back to purchasing my own cartridges.
