When I registered for extended warranty, I was shocked to find that .Currys have decided that the oofmds were bought at the end of November, when they were actually only bought on 10/1/2021. Which is 6 weeks later than Currys states
This to me is not acceptable and is disgusting. I have not had any response from Currys, which does not surprise me at all . I will email them and complain.
I never give a five star rating because there is always room for improvement. I didn't buy an item just a couple of service agreements. terms of service look good, it remains to be seen whether the service is any good if/when I needs help. I received a very good response from your customer services when I needed help downloading my invoices.

I was able to solve the problem on the phone, although I found it difficult to hear at times.
I was a bit of a coincidence that this problem happened just before my original warranty ran out so that I had to purchase an extended warranty.
