Rating a item I’ve only just bought is pretty pointless. Apart from it arrived on time and it works.
I can’t rate the customer service as I haven’t had to contact them.
The laptop feels plasticky and I’d prefer my previous HP keyboard.
One fault is you have to unplug any external drives when you power it off, otherwise the battery will be drained.

Excellent turnround - repair was completed very quickly and my laptop is working fine. Generally very good communication. The service was expensive but worth it. The one aspect that was not so good was the pickup service where the courier did not arrive on the day given - only on the next day - and no pickup time was given so we had to make sure someone was in for most of two days.
Its hard to use u when internet connectoins are broken or system freezes a screen u cant switch off with all the systems not working to try and fix the problem so i had to go to another tech surrport to get systems back on line and working normal that cost nothing if i have to ring hp tech surrpott to get the same result for free how comes u charge for a service u cant end up using.
When I registered for extended warranty, I was shocked to find that .Currys have decided that the oofmds were bought at the end of November, when they were actually only bought on 10/1/2021. Which is 6 weeks later than Currys states
This to me is not acceptable and is disgusting. I have not had any response from Currys, which does not surprise me at all . I will email them and complain.
