Excellent service cannot be faulted..Picked my unit up over christmas period so didn't expect to see it until at least the 6th of jan but it's back already 3rd of jan..Repaired to top spec and also cleaned up..Proves in my opinion best to use HP..Very satisfied and recommended to all..

I have bought the product but discovered it wasn't what I needed at this moment in time and want my money back. However, trying to achieve this is proving very difficult with no icon that I can press to get my money back which I am sure is breaking GDPR rules.

I sent an order in, got confirmation quickly but as I have never used this service I can really not comment on how good it will be or not hence 3 also Not used customer service so again 3. Ordering and the delivery of the order which a warranty extension by email was quick and straightforward.

To be fair I cannot test their services until I need to use their warranty service. I did expect the warranty to show on the HP support app on my laptop but it doesn't. I have emailed them twice about this and didn't even get a reply on either occasion, which is very poor on their part, hence the one stat for customer service.
