Haven't used the service yet. Don't really know.
Took up extension because new computer isn't the greatest, has strange behaviour which is worrying on a new computer and doesn't live up to sales patter on purchase!

I have a HP laptop and printer. The printer has been a source of frustration for some time and is again, despite many hours on the phone to HP Support Agents (and at a cost to me for phone calls) is not linking with my laptop yet again. The Support Agents were very helpful and did get the printer working but that only lasted 1.5 days. Very disappointed and feel let down by having a HP Printer

whilst the service was good, the problem I had with my printer should have been handled by the print and scan doctor and I could have avoided the extra charge

Yet to use product so unable to leave an appropriate review.
I ordered and paid for the 2 years warranty and have yet to use the service. I have just received another reminder, today, to pay for an additional warranty.
I do not understand what you are doing.

As I have had no experience of using the service, it is not possible to provide any accurate assessment.
I had to chase the supplier for delivery which is less than good service and the goods supplied came with instructions that are less than useful, indeed they are a little confusing.
I had an issue with best2serve not processing my payment as quickly as they should have and HP once they knew of the issue sorted it out promptly for me.
