The insurance doesn’t cover broken screens, £350 to repair. When it was returned fixed’ there was damage to the screen and the frames per second slowed from 120ish to 30ish they are collecting again so hopefully will this time do the job they charge extortionately for. Not impressed atall. Been unable to use laptop for nearly two weeks already

Excellent collection and delivery but the service received regarding the repair cost should have been much clearer. A repair figure was provided but I was unable to obtain a breakdown of the parts to be replaced and the associated labour charge enabling me to investigate alternative repairs. The cost quoted was at the highest end of expectation. However, the product was returned fully working.
Delivery was very professional,I wasconfident that my laptop was secure. However, when I received it back, it was really damaged! Luckily I have learnt to make a video when opening deliveries, so glad I did! The metal cover was buckled by both USB ports on each side of the laptop, it looks like it was damaged when the repairer levered the cover off. I can't believe it was sent back like that!
Haven't used the service yet. Don't really know.
Took up extension because new computer isn't the greatest, has strange behaviour which is worrying on a new computer and doesn't live up to sales patter on purchase!
I have a HP laptop and printer. The printer has been a source of frustration for some time and is again, despite many hours on the phone to HP Support Agents (and at a cost to me for phone calls) is not linking with my laptop yet again. The Support Agents were very helpful and did get the printer working but that only lasted 1.5 days. Very disappointed and feel let down by having a HP Printer

whilst the service was good, the problem I had with my printer should have been handled by the print and scan doctor and I could have avoided the extra charge
