I had to chase the supplier for delivery which is less than good service and the goods supplied came with instructions that are less than useful, indeed they are a little confusing.

I had an issue with best2serve not processing my payment as quickly as they should have and HP once they knew of the issue sorted it out promptly for me.

To be fair I cannot test their services until I need to use their warranty service. I did expect the warranty to show on the HP support app on my laptop but it doesn't. I have emailed them twice about this and didn't even get a reply on either occasion, which is very poor on their part, hence the one stat for customer service.

placed order paid in full and 3 weeks on still haven't received item. Was told delivery would be 7 to 10 days. A week ago e-mailed them no response yet. After posting this review another item was issued and received with in 3 days. So I have edited this review for the goods and Customer services but I have to leave delivery to 1 star

I was not ahppy with purchasing 'up front' for advice but then not being able to get through to an advisor, when I queried it I was told that I would have to make the call and they wouldnt ring me, its not clear as to hwether I have been charged for this call and I was on the phone for an hour. When I did sppeak to an adivsor, Mark he was excellent, very helpful and solved the issue, he was great

Very disappointed to receive a cheaper offer within hours of buying at a higher cost. If that lower cost is out there, why not offer it up front. I would not recommend your dealings in spite of liking the machine I bought. This is not good coming from a reputable company
