My Samsung Freestyle 2 projector fell from a cabinet and sustained damaged to the cradle. I attempted to bend the metal cradle back into shape but it remained compromised and as a result would tilt over when used a certain angles. I contacted Samsung spare parts but they responded to say they were unable to find the part. Several fruitless internet searches later and I was bracing myself for a £600-£800 outlay for a replacement projector, before I stumbled across fixpart.co.uk. I was a little sceptical as the cradle was advertised on fixpart.co.uk as a genuine Samsung part despite Samsung themselves being unable to source the part and I'd also read a small number of trust pilot reviews from customers claiming to have purchased parts which didn't arrive or took several weeks or months for delayed delivery. I decided to proceed with the order at risk, prepared to write off the £60 (£50 + VAT + reasonable £5.79 processing and delivery charge) order as seemed sensible vs. cost of a entirely new projector. I ordered from the UK at 7pm Friday evening of the May bank holiday weekend, I received an instant order confirmation email and tracking link, the part was dispatched that day and I took delivery of the part the following Tuesday afternoon via DPD (essentially next working day with Monday being bank holiday). The part was a genuine Samsung like for like replacement which took less than two minutes to fit, meaning the projector is fully functioning once more. I was able to track the parcel throughtout and yes, as consistent with other reviews, the parcel was processed from France, but that made no difference to my experience. Very happy with the order process, communication, tracking, delivery and quality of the part received. Price and delivery seemed pretty reasonable too, though the lack of alternatives sellers means there's no way of comparing the price. Overall would highly recommend from my experience.

The Hotpoint heating element part I ordered for our Aquarious 7kg TVM 570P was an exact replacement I didn't have to modify any wiring or swap plugs & is working perfectly, an excellent result. Should you need to modify the wiring/plug it does come with instructions how to do it. Please be aware mine didn't come with the little replacement plastic zippy plug that holds the wiring to the back of the machine, luckily I had kept the original one. It came well packaged wich was probably a good job as it had taken a shot along the way on it's travels with DPD from France!. When I ordered it shipping said 1-3 days & to be fair it did arrive in 3 days but it was a bit of a surprise it had to come from France with all the customs/weather/French strikes problems that could involve. I would have felt more reassured if it was in stock in UK. All in all it's worked out good thanks fixpart :0)

My Braun S9 shaver was out of warranty and wouldn't turn on. I replaced the battery but still nothing. Searched the web and found that Fixpart had a circuit board for it. Ordering was easy and the part arrived in a few days. Fitted it, put the shaver back together and hoped for the best. Nothing. Plugged it into the charger and it lit up! Must have needed mains current to initialise the board? Working great now and very pleased I was able to fix it myself. Would recommend this company and will use them again.

The parts I ordered fitted my vacuum perfectly. Appear to be genuine Nilfisk spares. Had ordered a cheap replacement hoover shaft from ebay, it did't really fit properly. Should have just went straight to fix part. Price of the spares @ fix part is nearly what I paid for my vac back in the day. £70! She's be well cared for bags & filters changed regularly. If I went to internet to buy same model of vacuum again as was suggested by my daughter, same 1 is on @ £289.00!

I tried to find a genuine Kenwood spare but after a good search had to conclude that they had stopped making them. Then I found FixPart. They had in stock, at a good price this Kenwood compatible spare. I thought I had nothing to lose at the price offered. I was delighted to find that the part did, indeed, fit my Kenwood Chef and that the seal was watertight. I shall be using FixPart again if I need any spare parts as the service was excellent.

My order was dealt with very quickly and received at the earlier end of the window quoted. Unfortunately I realised that the part ordered (charger for electric shaver) wasn’t needed as it was my actual shaver that was at a fault, not the charger. I found the return process incredibly easy and convenient, returned via the local DPD pick up point. The refund has just been processed, again, very speedily, no quibble at all. Well done!

Very helpful customer service (Saskia) in identifying correct part. Rather surprised to find part being shipped from France which probably explains the high postage/packing charge, four customs declaration forms and two commercial invoices. However, despite coming from France, delivery was very efficient but tracking impossible due to Royal Mail's pathetic tracking system.

I bought a bottom fridge door milk shelf to replace the one I broken, try Amazon & eBay but couldn't find one, so I look for on the browser and find FixPart.co.uk and find the one I needed so I ordered it late night Wednesday & received it Friday afternoon, very please with it, a bit pricey but I needed one, excellent sellers, a big thanks.

The part was ordered on 24/04/24 and arrived at my house on 29/04/24. I consider that to be a very good delivery timeframe. It is yet to be fitted by an engineer but I am confident it will do the job required. Good communication during order and delivery process. The only thing I would question for such a small item is the cost?

The delivery is very slow, parts came from France. Also the help line is not much of a help line. The person who i contacted via email said they don't have the part however they had it listed on the website. Take photos of the broken part and compare with those listed on the web. Don't rely just on their help facility or online chat.

I was impressed with the service from start to finish. I was kept informed about delivery times which were accurate and the item I ordered was very well packaged so it wasn’t damaged when it arrived as it was made from glass. I am extremely impressed and I will use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

I ordered the item as I lost 2 small plastic pieces from my table stand in a move. Couldnt believe I was being charged over £60 for these parts but couldn't find anywhere else to buy on the internet. Item was quoted as 1 to 2 weeks delivery but ended up taking almost a month. Arrived in perfect condition.

The best site I found to be absolutely clear that I was ordering the correct replacement shelf - a couple of the others I would definitely have ordered incorrectly. Arrived very promptly and extremely well packed, bearing in mind that it was a replacement glass shelf. The service could not be faulted.

Verystraight forward process from locating the part to ordering. Once order is complete, just wait till it arrives. Convenience in this day and age is a dieing culture, usually due to the inability of various factors and its rife across the world in various work environments. But not with Fixpart.

I was able to find the part I was looking for, which I couldn't find anywhere else. The product took a week to arrive, which I thought a little slow, but when it did arrive it came from France, which I didn't realise when I ordered, as its a co,uk web address. So in the end all good

Describes the part accurrately and completely with reference to the original manufactures part. So confident that the part was either identical or compatible. The part arrived to time as described and the problem was fixed. It is difficult to think what you could have done better.

New shelf supports ordered for Neff microwave. It was easy to see from the website that these parts would fit our model. The product came quickly and they are of a good quality. Looking at the photo one of the original supports is black and the new one at the back brown.

Our original lower basket was showing its age and causing rust marks on plates where the plastic covering had worn away. As the dishwasher is over ten years old I was doubtful I'd find a replacement, but enter FixPart who had exactly what we wanted. So we're very happy.

Realised my dishwasher had broken at 1am Saturday. Ordered a part then, it arrived Tuesday. Even though I didn't have the dishwasher model number, I was able to search by description and brand and go through all the pictures which were thorough. Perfect fit.

Great service, part I needed was identical to the faulty one, and best price I could find. Delivery was about 1 week, so that could have been faster - that said, I think it had to come from France, so that’s fair enough - but other than that all good.
