I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Glad to have found part for obsolete electrical item
I was very happy to be able to buy such a tiny bit of plastic that had broken on my epilator. It's no longer made 🙄 and Panasonic didn't have any replacement parts, so for less than £20 I've been able to extend its life. The whole of the rest of the kit is fine and it would have been exceptionally irritating to have to bin/recycle such a pricey item for the sake of a teeny bit of plastic (the epilator guard)
The only room for improvement would be the packaging - the box it arrived in was disproportionately large, and it came all the way from France so unsure how 'green' it is to keep the item functioning for longer!

Indisit Oven Shelf
Well, the fact that my order came all the way from France, where I thought I was dealing with an England based company, was a great surprise to start with, and then the fact that it was delivered in such a short time frame, was an extra delight. So I don't know what more you could possibly do to improve your service.
I am both super pleased that the shelf is exact in detail and size to the one already supplied with the cooker, and that I now have two shelves to cook on.

Ordering the replacement remote control for my marantz na7004 was so easy and straight forward.
The remote was delivered in a cardboard box with plenty of packaging.
And was delivered in less than a week.
Also it was the cheapest price I could find.
Very pleased with my purchase.
And is a genuine remote control like stated on the website.
Anyone looking for a replacement should definitely buy from this company you will not be disappointed.

Coffee machine water tank
Placed my order on line only fault I had was that the firm wouldn’t allow me to add the house name to the address. It instructed me to put ‘1’ in the box hence my parcel was delivered to the wrong house. Parcel was quick delivery and well packed. Have not tried the new tank on the machine yet so can’t comment on how well it fits. Will be able to try it out in the coming week.

Excellent service and delivery. Very pleased
Firstly, the machine/part finder was excellent and I was very pleased that the part I required was in stock. Secondly was the speed of processing my order with virtually immediate despatch and the item was delivered on time by Royal Mail, which I could track. Result - one repaired Bosch dishwasher, one happy wife and brownie points in the bag for me!!

I found the model check feature on the website for your selected part very helpful. The heating element for the oven I purchased has worked perfectly, I used the self clean feature to put it through its paces and it has been installed for two weeks and used everyday without issue. Parts are official merchandise.

Neff microwave shelf supports
New shelf supports ordered for Neff microwave. It was easy to see from the website that these parts would fit our model. The product came quickly and they are of a good quality. Looking at the photo one of the original supports is black and the new one at the back brown.

Replacement lower basket for Bosch dishwasher
Our original lower basket was showing its age and causing rust marks on plates where the plastic covering had worn away. As the dishwasher is over ten years old I was doubtful I'd find a replacement, but enter FixPart who had exactly what we wanted. So we're very happy.

Realised my dishwasher had broken at 1am Saturday. Ordered a part then, it arrived Tuesday. Even though I didn't have the dishwasher model number, I was able to search by description and brand and go through all the pictures which were thorough. Perfect fit.

No more wet floors
We needed a replacement seal for our Indesit washing machine. It was easy to find the correct part using the model number and serial number shown on the machine. Delivery was amazingly quick! The new seal has now been fitted and we have no more leaks.
