The interaction with the website and delivery were smooth and efficient. Unfortunately the product description does not give any indication as to which side it for and therefore I ended up having to buy two. Even doing so was a risk as I was unsure if I would receive two of same side. Luckily, I received one for each side which I do not know if was by chance or by somebody recognising that he would need one for each side. I think it needs to be clearly specified that this is a single item and a side specified.

I found that the part I oredered from fix part was the right part and arrived well packed and received good delivery notification from the carrier. Bit when it came to repairing it, found I couldn’t use the part as the body of the machine had completely warped and putting on the part would not have worked. It was easy applying for a return and refund, which was quick and efficient. Was very happy with this shop and would happily use again if needed in the future.

Perfect replacement part for a Miele Vacuum Cleaner
Ordered this replacement curved handle for my Miele Vacuum Cleaner at less than half of the original price. Sent from Paris France in short order and is a perfect fit, so much so you couldn't hardly tell the difference. This is the third time I have had to replace the handle which must be a known production fault by Miele. I wasn't going to stump up another £37 for an OE part. It was a wonderful change to have a persona; response to my query about a replacement glass panel for my combination oven. I wasn’t clear what part I needed but by sending photos of the door panel and rather faint part number the staff member was able to send the right thing. It arrived, promptly beautifully packaged and is working perfectly.
The only improvement was that there is only a YouTube video of how to replace an outer glass, one showing replacing an inner glass would be useful.

Replacement pump for Candy Washing Machine
This was my 1st time of using yourselves and was abit sceptical!! How wrong could I have been. The part was easy to find on your page and was delivered as per timescale quoted. I would have given 5 stars, however, your website indicated another fan to be exactly the same but at a lower price. This was a no brainer, I ordered this one. When it arrived it was not exactly the same; though the fittings and diameter were the same dimensions the depth of the fan was shallower/ thinner. This meant there is now an air gap around the perimeter of the fan, which will have an adverse affect on the performance of the fan. I have used it despite this as I urgently needed the freezer up and running. It is working, however, only time will tell how efficiently.

Found the exact part, at a reasonable price, and delivered promptly at one working day as promised.
I did encounter a few snags in disassembling the oven door to fit the new external glass, and refitting. Real guidance on how to do it would be very helpful, as would the offer of necessary supplementary parts, such as two M4x25 pan head machine screws to refit the door handle - as the factory fitted ones were corroded and the Torx heads failed while undoing from the thermal locking compound. PTFE tape instead of compound seems to work. Note, I also had to run an M4x0.7 tap down the handle holes to re-cut the threads from the factory jointing compound.
Identifying the hinge latches (not as AI said for Finsmakare or on our 2nd oven) and need to remove the side screws first. Use of a wood fulcrum to lever the silicon plastic housing away from the glass. Use of tape to hold the silicon seal in place while fitting housing back. These things brought the repeat job down to a few minutes, from hours figuring out how to do it, buying screws and so on.

Brilliant service. The product I needed was easy to find on their system from the model number. Ordered about 5pm with a delivery of 2/3 days, which I was happy with.
