Delivery very good, within and up to two working days. Just don't understand your returns policy still waiting for a reply about a part I ordered that I need to return. sent back details on the part I want to return for a refund but not been sent any information on how I return it. I understand I have to pay for the return postage, that's fine, but do I have to download a returns label? The part I reordered works perfectly no problems. Would be five star rating, but the returns part.

The speed of the order was very quick. So quick that even though I realised I had ordered the wrong part straight away it was too late the order was processed and gone. Arrived the next day, which is what you want when your washing machine is broken. They didn't stock the part I needed to so went to the manufactures official site.
The return service should have been straight forward but they insisted on having the original packaging back and not to use said packaging as the return box. So I had to find something bigger for the box to go in. Totally unnecessary. Only sent back today so will have to see if I get the money back.

AEG limescale filter is an exact replacement for Lakeland kettles
I needed a replacement limescale filter for my Lakeland electric kettle but was unable to find one until I noticed an almost illegible part number on the fragmenting filter. Quick search on the web led me to an ‘AEG part’ on FixPart website. Ordered two of them on Thursday, delivered on Sunday. The AEG is exactly the same as the original filter on the Lakeland kettle; brilliant. Filter was a very good price (much, much cheaper than a new kettle!). Delivery charges were a little high but, the parts did come very quickly from the Netherlands. Very pleased.

Item arrived on the day promised , but unfortunately the carrier didn't show until late that evening.
We'd had conflicting messages all day from the couriers , firstly it was going to be delivered, then it was coming the next day & finally it would be delivered late that day.WTF

Fabulous company!
This is an absolutely fabulous company! I first used them when, a week before Christmas, I broke the lid of my Kenwood food processor. I had not heard of the company before but ordered a replacement lid which to my amazement and delight, arrived before Christmas.
Allowing for the fact that I am in the UK, and assume that the part came from the EU, that was pretty impressive.
Recently, I used them again to try to replace the multi mill for my 30 year old Kenwood Major. I had been told by other companies that this was unavailable as the machine was so old but Fixpart found one and I am so grateful.

Our office coffee machine went down with the main grinder unit failing. As anyone who works in an office will know, no coffee machine = staff mutiny! Worth doing yourself! Delivery on time. I'm female and over 70, but I managed to change the seal with the assistance of videos and quite a bit of patience! The second spring was the hardest to get back into place and I haven't quite lined up the three drainage holes - but it works! This disc holder, purchased forty years after the original, was a slightly tight fit but did allow the processor lid to close and operate smoothly.

Hey I was slightly worried after a while, I ordered a new inner glass door panel for my range style Kenwood cooker as the old one had been cleaned a million times and was all scratched. It said in stock, 4-5 days. After a week I heard nothing but then I started getting FedEx emails in Italian so I guessed it was on its way. I was a little frustrated but once it arrived and I'd fitted it which was super simple it made my oven look brand new. So yes I definitely recommend and would definitely buy from these guys again.

Even doing so was a risk as I was unsure if I would receive two of same side. The part ordered came within the dates stated and was a replacement fan for my NEFF microwave/oven the company who tested my unit charged my £119 call out fee and they gave me an estimate for the replacement fan of £350 so I said no I will not have you repair the unit after looking on your Webb page the replacement fan was £180 and was identical to the old fan and I replaced it myself with the help of AI .PERFECT.
