My Samsung Freestyle 2 projector fell from a cabinet and sustained damaged to the cradle. I attempted to bend the metal cradle back into shape but it remained compromised and as a result would tilt over when used a certain angles. I contacted Samsung spare parts but they responded to say they were unable to find the part. Several fruitless internet searches later and I was bracing myself for a £600-£800 outlay for a replacement projector, before I stumbled across fixpart.co.uk. I was a little sceptical as the cradle was advertised on fixpart.co.uk as a genuine Samsung part despite Samsung themselves being unable to source the part and I'd also read a small number of trust pilot reviews from customers claiming to have purchased parts which didn't arrive or took several weeks or months for delayed delivery. I decided to proceed with the order at risk, prepared to write off the £60 (£50 + VAT + reasonable £5.79 processing and delivery charge) order as seemed sensible vs. cost of a entirely new projector. I ordered from the UK at 7pm Friday evening of the May bank holiday weekend, I received an instant order confirmation email and tracking link, the part was dispatched that day and I took delivery of the part the following Tuesday afternoon via DPD (essentially next working day with Monday being bank holiday). The part was a genuine Samsung like for like replacement which took less than two minutes to fit, meaning the projector is fully functioning once more. I was able to track the parcel throughtout and yes, as consistent with other reviews, the parcel was processed from France, but that made no difference to my experience. Very happy with the order process, communication, tracking, delivery and quality of the part received. Price and delivery seemed pretty reasonable too, though the lack of alternatives sellers means there's no way of comparing the price. Overall would highly recommend from my experience.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

Can't fault the product. Exactly what I wanted. The problem was the length of time that it took to arrive and poor customer service. Ordered in May arrived in October. Emailed, to be told problem with original supplier. Next delivery date slipped several times. Each time I queried this I dealt with different agent. It takes a few days to get a reply. Some never replied. Then delivery driver couldn't deliver the first time because the address he was given was incomplete. ( Not as the address on my order confirmation) He found me next day. So a whole day wasted, waiting around.

Our cooker was out of use for 8 months and when hubby had space to look at it in garage, he found the bottom element completely perished, we ordered a replacement and have had a working cooker for 6 weeks, the inner glass then shattered a fortnight ago ( probably my fault for closing the shelves with the door, we ordered a genuine replacement again with fix part and once again have a working cooker, can’t fault them for anything, just brilliant !!

The correct replacement part …
I was unable to obtain a replacement glass shelf for my freezer. Fixpart (website) was easy to navigate and very helpful in identifying the exact freezer model and hence the correct part which had to come from abroad. Fixpart solved the problem but at a price - 3x that of a UK sourced shelf that was just 3mm too wide even though supposedly for my make and model of freezer. Very pleased to have the correct shelf but a bit grumpy over the cost!

Where was the local collection point - unspecified?
The fridge door shelf arrived, but we were out. It was taken to a “local collection point” but this was not specified. A note through the door would have been perfect. I sent you an e-mail asking where it was, but before you replied I finally received a note by text or e-mail saying it was at the Post Office. I would have been happier if it could have been left with a neighbour - but I can see this is not always possible

fast and rellable service
First time ordering from Fixpart UK. I ordered a Bosch/Siemens 17008527 vacuum cleaner head - furniture nozzle keyboard and drawer nozzle. It shipped the same day and arrived 4 days later (from France it would appear). The item was well packed and new in its original packaging. I am very pleased with the service and speed from Fixpart and with the item that I ordered. I will use Fixpart again for appliance parts.

Good product - delivery could be better
I recently ordered a replacement switch for my dishwasher and am very happy with the part itself. The website was easy to navigate, and the product description was accurate. However, the delivery via Royal Mail was less satisfactory. It took six days to arrive due to delays at the EU border, which was longer than expected. Overall, great product and website, but the shipping process could be improved.

Asked if they could supply a part they said they could not going by details of model number etc seen one on website that looked correct on website and ordered , said was in stock delivery 1 to 3 days arrived 5 days later from France, also not Fixpat fault tracking of package was usrless, part that was ordered was perfect even though they said they could not supply

Bosch Logixx 1400 - dispenser tray upper
Part was in stock, exactly as described as a Bosch original in Bosch packaging and it was quickly despatched.
My only real gripe (and the reason for the loss of a star on the rating) was I thought the 38% mark-up over the Bosch UK price was a little excessive, but the upper part was on a 2-week delivery from Bosch
