Received wrong colour of fridge door shelves. Dealt with very promptly and efficiently although communication was confusing. Initially told shelves would be replaced and I would receive a refund then different individual said sorry I had received wrong part and I would be refunded when I returned this. I explained what happened then told I wasn’t getting refund and replacement parts would be delivered. I received these and now told I should send incorrect items back and that I wouldn’t receive a refund. I was told to dispose of the incorrect items and not to return them? Just a bit confusing although I am now very happy to have received my original order.

I ordered replacement dampers for a Miele washing machine on Monday afternoon and chose the slightly more expensive option with 1-2 days delivery. My account showed the expected dispatch date as Monday, but the items were dispatched from France on Tuesday and delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday (with tracking available). I think the delivery estimate was very optimistic but, when the parts eventually arrived, they were identical to the original ones and were one third of the price of the same parts from Miele. They were also very well packed. Perfect except for the delivery time.

Easy process. Ordered a dishwasher tray. It came pretty fast, well packaged I happily stuck it straight in. The only suggestion I would make is for there to be measurements of the dishwasher racks on the website which would help people like me, looking for closely matching trays for a dishwasher that no one seems to remember ever existed. I didn’t try contacting customer services for help however so perhaps they would have pointed me in the right direction.

The website was easily navigated and I was able to find the exact part quickly. The price of the item was fair too. That side of the transaction was amazing. My only gripe is that I had to pay £6 postage (which was half of the the cost of the part) only to recieve a huge cardboard containing the item. I only ordered a replacement belt for a tumble dryer. I feel like the item could have been put in more suitable packaging? Service was 10/10 though and I guess thats the overall consensus on it.

I liked the fact that I couldn't find the charger anywhere else though could have thrown in a converter since it came with european plug (two prong) thou managed to source one easily enough. Very expensive could have bought another shaver for the price I paid but wanted to use the one I had rather than have two shavers and could only charge one of them. Pity shavers don't have the standard USB-C socket would save having a collection of shaver charging cables ;-)

I was looking for an external cooker wire box because mine actually blew up on the cooker.I really thought I would need a new cooker I was looking for a part to replace the old one and I clicked on this site scrolled through their spare parts and there was my part number.Wow it was cheaper than I thought.It arrived the next day just as they promised.It was a perfect match.They made my day.I would defo use again.And heartily recommend the firm.

Fix Part were excellent from start to finish in making sure I ordered the correct part. Very quick to respond to my questions and sent me a link to the correct part to order to solve my problem with my washer/drier. I would definitely use Fix Part in the future as my first port of call for any problems with my appliances and would recommend them to anyone looking to fix their own appliances.

We bought a replacement pipe for our dishwasher from our local hardware store, but unfortunately it didn't fit and we were unable to return it as we had tried to fit it. I found this site and ordered the pipe using the model number from our dishwasher and it was delivered within 2 days and was a perfect replacement. Would definitely order spares from here again. Thank you.

I have only given Fixpart three stars for a particular reason. Their website is brilliant, easy to use and very comprehensive. Ordering and paying is simple, straightforward. Whilst postage appears to be expensive my items arrived next day via DPD. My items were adequately packaged/wrapped to withstand the rigours of carriage. Where their service was really poor was in not receiving any meaningful response to my query over a specific item - stock number provided. I put in a request for help/assistance on three seperate occasions and all I ever received was the standard automated response acknowledging my sbmission. This concern do not deserve to get any business based on this aspect of their service.

The pump I ordered was described as 35W, but what arrived was only 30W. This was disappointing because I had specifically chosen a 35W pump to match the one I was replacing, which was also more expensive than the 30W option. DPD, the courier service, was extremely unhelpful. I ensured I was home during the scheduled delivery time, but I received a text saying I was not at home. They later provided a photo of my neighbour's house as proof. This 24-hour delay ruined my plans for the week.

I googled the maker of my dishwasher and Fixpart came up with several options. Their website has a search option which I used with my model number and received an exact match. In addition the site shows diagrams of the part which I could compare with my existing item. I placed an order and received confirmation of costs and delivery. The order was then issued to their courier who updated me as the order and delivery progressed and delivered as stated originally. The whole process of searching, comparing and ordering my item was straight forward, no complications and dishwasher now fully functional, so 10 out of10 to Fixpart.

I needed a deeper door shelf for sauce bottles which kept falling out as we opened the fridge. I sourced the product I needed with help from a lovely lady at Fixpart and it arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. No more items falling out of the too shallow door shelves when you open the fridge. Fantastic!!! It was worth the £24 I paid for it. My Hisense Fridge Freezer is now complete and perfect for my purposes. In my opinion the manufacturers should make this item with two deep shelves and two shallow shelves in the fridge door.

Excellent customer service. I wasn't sure what part I needed so I sent a message on a Saturday - response received Sunday morning providing me with details of the piece I would need. I placed the order and it arrived the next day and fit in perfectly (it was a shelf for my freezer). Really positive experience with this company and if I would recommend to anyone needing replacement pieces 🙂

Looked at various sites trying to find a door tray for the fridge, but none seemed to match and a lot just didn't have anything. Then FIXPART - amazing. Submitted a query, got a personal reply straight back, even an exploded view of the fridge showing all the parts. Picked the part, then got a link which took me straight to the order page. Simple process, cheaper price than other sites, and it arrived the next day! What a great service these people offer. I would recommend to anyone.

Not a massive amount of communication to say the part had been dispatched, no real tracking information until about a 10 days after the part was ordered. But it did turn up well packaged and undamaged. However I think the part is slightly faulty from manufacture as it leans to one sauce and therefore the shelf actually connects with the rubber seal on one side of my dishwasher rather then clearing both sides and sitting square in the middle. But my dishwasher is over 10 years old so I accept the flaw for convenience of getting on with my life.

Washing machine had E01 showing and wouldn't start. I googled the error against the machine I had it said faulty door lock mechanism so I watched a you tube video and it seemed straight forward so I removed the wire and spring holding the rubber gasket off and pulled back the gasket, removed the door lock mechanism I googled the machine make and model and clicked on the link. I read some of the reviews their search system was easy brand model then part delivered next day easy to fit and solved the issue I have saved both the site and the contact number into my phone as the price was cheaper than a couple on eBay. Perfect customer experience even offered help if I had issues. Will be using them in future.

Ordering the part I required was easy. Unfortunately the part was out of stock, but I wasn't informed. After waiting five days, I contacted customer services via email and got a prompt reply explaing the switch I ordered was out of stock. It was not possible for a delivery date to be given at that time. As it turned out, the item arrived at the warehouse the following day and I recieved a notification that the part was on it's way via 24hr royal mail. The part arrived safely and the machine repaired the day of delivery. Four stars due to the lack of communication prior to my email, asking where my order was.

Excellent service, great customer service as well. I had a product that actually arrived broken and the customer service was so helpful and sent me a new replacement product free of charge! Really really appreciate that! Would highly recommend this company. You don't need to do anything better your perfect as you are!! Thanks so much. 😊

The internet search guided me to the wrong part which I then bought. Identifying how to return and re-order isn't as simple as many other sites. If I'd been given access to the exploded view diagram of the model I'd been looking for at the beginning then this error wouldn't have happened. Once I got a handle on the process Lauren helped me well. The right part is now on the way. I'd personally be reluctant to use Fixpart again as I like to be able to speak to someone, particularly when something has gone wrong and I need help, and they specifically deny that option. Others however are no doubt content doing everything by email and online form....

I was initially a bit sceptical about ordering from this site, as I hadn’t used it before and it was the only place offering the item at an affordable price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived—the delivery speed was fantastic. I was able to fit the item the very same day, and it works perfectly. My washing machine is now up and running again, and I couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate the excellent service this company provides. Thank you!
