Just Perfect!
Looked at various sites trying to find a door tray for the fridge, but none seemed to match and a lot just didn't have anything. Then FIXPART - amazing. Submitted a query, got a personal reply straight back, even an exploded view of the fridge showing all the parts. Picked the part, then got a link which took me straight to the order page. Simple process, cheaper price than other sites, and it arrived the next day! What a great service these people offer. I would recommend to anyone.
Washing machine had E01 showing and wouldn't start. I googled the error against the machine I had it said faulty door lock mechanism so I watched a you tube video and it seemed straight forward so I removed the wire and spring holding the rubber gasket off and pulled back the gasket, removed the door lock mechanism
I googled the machine make and model and clicked on the link. I read some of the reviews their search system was easy brand model then part delivered next day easy to fit and solved the issue
I have saved both the site and the contact number into my phone as the price was cheaper than a couple on eBay. Perfect customer experience even offered help if I had issues. Will be using them in future.
Ok(ish) for what it is.
Not a massive amount of communication to say the part had been dispatched, no real tracking information until about a 10 days after the part was ordered. But it did turn up well packaged and undamaged. However I think the part is slightly faulty from manufacture as it leans to one sauce and therefore the shelf actually connects with the rubber seal on one side of my dishwasher rather then clearing both sides and sitting square in the middle. But my dishwasher is over 10 years old so I accept the flaw for convenience of getting on with my life.

Ordering the part I required was easy. Unfortunately the part was out of stock, but I wasn't informed.
After waiting five days, I contacted customer services via email and got a prompt reply explaing the switch I ordered was out of stock. It was not possible for a delivery date to be given at that time. As it turned out, the item arrived at the warehouse the following day and I recieved a notification that the part was on it's way via 24hr royal mail. The part arrived safely and the machine repaired the day of delivery. Four stars due to the lack of communication prior to my email, asking where my order was.

Part was not as compatible as stated.
The part that I purchased that you had confirmed would fit and work actually does not directly replace the faulty part. I was able to strip the new part and replace the broken item on the old part then reinstall the old part which is now working properly. I would suggest more diligence and describing any differences to the installed part. Other may not be able to perform the fix that I did. The difference was in the ice sensor which was a bar in the new unit but a sensor on the old one with different wiring for each unit.
Ordered a Condensation pump for tumble dryer, Hanyu 9010865 - B13-6C which works with my SMEG DRF81AUK. Cheaper price than another site, but slightly more than Amazon, bought from here as reputable and guarantee of part fixing if it’s listed as compatible with your appliance. Took 15mins to replace, granted I watched a video from another site selling this part to learn how to do it! Delivery 3 days, would have liked sooner but not a big problem!
Returning customer. Purchased a replacement drawer front for a Sharp American-style fridge (GFTA-A129CBRA).

I searched the net and found your website. The instructions were so simple and my article came up first time. It was delivered on time in spite of the Easter break.
It was very securely wrapped and considering it was a glass panel it arrived in perfect condition. Out of the wrapping and a quick wipe over and it slid perfectly into the oven door.
Considering the oven is 25 years old it was a godsend to find the Fixpart site that still supplied parts.

Easy ordering and quick delivery
Checking that the part would fit my appliance was simple to do, ordering was easy and dispatch was same day. Despite the part being sent from France and also over our bank holidays it was received very quickly. The part was exactly what we needed and was easy for me to fit. The only thing I would say is that I’m glad we kept the screws for the original door handle as the new part doesn’t come with any.
Needed some air condition parts which is daunting to get the correct one that will fit (hose, connection part). Fix parts system where you just add the make model and number and it shows you all images so no guessing needed. Crossed fingers, ordered and everything fitted great. Said 1-3 days for delivery but arrived in the next morning after ordering in the afternoon. Very happy customer.

I then went onto Fixpart web site placed the order. and was provided with a delivery date. Their web site is quick and easy to use and the part was delivered on the date as advised. New bottom arm for dishwasher really hit the spot.
We’ve had a Montpellier dishwasher for a few years and one of several issues is that the bottom arm keeps hitting the underside of the rack. I took a punt and ordered a replacement. It arrived within a couple of days, fitted perfectly and has 100% resolved our issue. I’m a very happy customer. I’d upload a photo but to be honest, it wouldn’t be very exciting would it? 😂
The part i ordered was a rubber foot for my Samsung Laptop. However, even though I put in the correct model number and the part arrived swiftly, when fitting it, it clearly looks like it should have been a different size in terms of height, as I didn't realise that it was meant to be a bit taller as it was for the front end of the Laptop and the front foot that was already in on the opposite side was higher than the back 2 feet... so it still wobbles and I paid over £16 for the foot and delivery. Nowhere does it mention that the back or front feet are different heights so no options were given when buying.

We ordered a replacement oven door. It was perfect and more importantly arrived ahead of the estimated time. Communication was good. The only slight issue was that we were told the item was out of stock and would have to be ordered from a different supplier after we had gone through the purchase process. As it happens it wasn't an issue in this instance.

My oven seal on my Neff oven was looking a little frayed and worn in places.
