I've increased my review to 4 stars and I would give their customer care 5 stars. Would definitely buy from them again. My battery was delivered by DHL and the courier threw it into my porch! Fortunately whilst the box was damaged and there was a loud bang as it hit my door, the batteries appear to be undamaged. This is very dangerous as lithium batteries when damaged can catch fire which is why there is a warning label on the packaging. The batteries fit my drill and torch which is good news, however they are extremely difficult to remove, requiring me to pinch the drill between my knees and use both my hands to press the release catch to remove. This is in stark contrast to the original AEG battery which requires a light press with one finger to release the battery. Upon inspection, I believe it’s because the battery cells are not fitted very well in the casing that has the release catch. I will investigate if there is some way that I can remove a small amount of the plastic so that it releases easier from my devices.

I have an order for three batteries. 2 were for a samsung camera. The 3rd was for a lumix camera. When the packet arrived and opened it, the lumix battery box was squashed (see photo) and i thought the battery was damaged!. To my surprise it wasn't!. When I tried the battery to the camera it didn't fit as easy as it should. I have to push/force in, and taking the battery out i have to thump/hit the cameea on my other hand in order to bring the battery out. It appears to be couple mill wider than what it should. When charged it might swell as well. This battery is a danger to use. It doesnt fit as it should. It is not German made as well. The other two fit perfect! Would I visit again electropapa. No I will not. Quality is not good. There no checks. Time will show what the other two batteries are made off. I do not expect them to last 6-7 charges.

I needed to check a few details with their customer support before I bought and they were super responsive and helpful. Good price for the battery, delivery was a little bit slow but you can pay extra for a faster service. Will definitely use Electropapa again.

Thank goodness I found this because you can't buy Boneco filters for a long time now due to their UK supplier not carrying them anymore and the company won't do international purchase. These are a far better price as well. Only gripe is their smell, so you'll need to run it for a few hours and then it should dissipate.

There was a problem with the item I bought, but it was dealt with efficiently. The refund took a little while, but all communications were answered accurately and quickly.

Great company, very quick service, Unfortunately the product was not compatible but all the same, very good customer service.

Best price I could find for the type of battery I required. Given how far the delivery has had to come the speed is really impressive.

I can't comment on your product, although I'm sure they are good, and I understand that we're in different countries, and so will take considerable time logistically for delivery. However DHL, your courier of choice, appear to not be trustworthy. Their driver stated that he handed it to me at 14:49hrs yesterday (28/01/26) which is a lie, I didn't arrive home from Manchester until 15:46hrs, almost an hour later. There wasn't anybody in my house to take delivery. Nobody came onto my property after the driver left until my arrival. All of this can be verified by CCTV. I am really sorry to have to tell this to you ...you did your part. Kind Regards! GeoffB

My complaint regarding DHL still stands. Electropapa's reaction to their failure however has been excellent and I won't hesitate to use them again in future so I have modified my review

battery for 12v aeg fitted perfectly .......but 2 dewalt 18v lion push fit jve purchased in past were too tight to get out .....so i'll avoid buying dewalt batteries from you and ive read from other purchasers on forums and also on your site with the dewalt batteries .....the same problem

Stop advertising goods on your site that are not available. It causes inconvenience and confusion for your customers, like me. Especially as updating the site is easily done.

I dont think it was clear the goods were coming from Germany. Not that it mattered, good communication and pretty good delivery, actually very good when you consider some carriers take weeks. And product feels substantial, hopefully it will last but its doing the job

New Battery arrived pretty efficiently, good price and I could use it to jumpstart 2 old dead batteries and then charge them up again.

Best price I could find online and delivery was completed according to timeline

Was disappointed that the battery did not fit into the enclosure without having to resort to filing the case 1/2 mm smaller. Maybe a quality control problem that needs to be looked into.

Only ordered a few days ago, received in a very timely manner, the items are of good quality and I would recommend the company to customise.
