I can't comment on your product, although I'm sure they are good, and I understand that we're in different countries, and so will take considerable time logistically for delivery. However DHL, your courier of choice, appear to not be trustworthy. Their driver stated that he handed it to me at 14:49hrs yesterday (28/01/26) which is a lie, I didn't arrive home from Manchester until 15:46hrs, almost an hour later. There wasn't anybody in my house to take delivery. Nobody came onto my property after the driver left until my arrival. All of this can be verified by CCTV. I am really sorry to have to tell this to you ...you did your part. Kind Regards! GeoffB

I dont think it was clear the goods were coming from Germany. Not that it mattered, good communication and pretty good delivery, actually very good when you consider some carriers take weeks. And product feels substantial, hopefully it will last but its doing the job

An incorrect address was entered, and my phone number wasn't included. Fortunately, I checked the shipment's status and saw it was at the Lithuanian Post, so I managed to pick it up.

Purchased new battery for my Powakaddy trolley. More than £150 less expensive than manufacture option. Order and delivery first class. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Great communication throughout the transaction. There was a problem with the battery not working in the Gtech hoover, and not charging. A quick email to outline the problem, and the transaction was credited without delay (and no lengthy return of the faulty battery which I disposed of at local recycling centre). Didn't work out this time, but a supplier I would certainly deal with again, given their great customer service. Many thanks.
