Having researched carefully about what hanging system I wanted for my new art studio/gallery, I chose the STAS minirail system. It was delivered 2 days later, and was so simple to install, despite my nervousness about hanging in plasterboard walls. Online videos and manuals were very useful! Further orders of hanging cords and spring clips were dispatched within 24 hours. Fantastic service, and a great looking system. First open studio event coming up soon!

I first saw this system in a gallery in Devon now then 10 years ago. Now I'm in my own new home, I am engaging with them again to allow me flexibility in displaying my own art collection. The system is easy to install, and so neat. I just love how easy it is to move a piece a little lower or higher, a little to the left or the right.

Clips difficult to line up because nylon wants to curl up. This will probably sort itself out once weighted down with frames. I found the clips were fiddly to hook up pictures. I've used your more expensive system but given I needed to keep an eye on my budget, I accept this will do the job.

The rails are easy to install. The cables are strong. It is good value for money. More information for the domestic user would be good. I should have bought more of the zippers. I was unaware how hard it would be to use two lines per picture to clip onto pictures with two rings. It may be obvious to experienced users but not to me. Perhaps a mini questionnaire to help work out which will be the best, eg size of picture, weight of picture, single person hanging them and so forth.

The system allows us to vary our artwork displays continually, quickly and easily, and also have full confidence in safely displaying pictures due to the systems strength. A must have for anyone who needs this flexibility. Items were dispatched and delivered quickly after ordering online, which is ideal

Very easy to install for a tradesperson or confident handy person.. If you're not that clever at DIY don't try it as it needs to be perfect no room for error. I had someone able to install , took about 1/2hr very impressed with the quality of the components and the design..

I could order the quantities of rails, hooks & cords I needed. Fairly easy to fit, needed to use plasterboard plugs (not supplied) in new rooms in extension. I have solid walls in original house that could use the supplied plugs.

I am very pleased with the papergrip system, it does exactly what I need it to. Be aware that they advertise metal fittings but the actual product arrived with cheap plastic fittings, one of these snapped just trying to tighten the screw and they are a proprietary solution so can't be fixed. Delivery wasn't great but STAS customer support was very helpful and made it all good.

Good quality hanging hooks, better than the originals we had, used we use them for our banners, starlight background and hanging signs. Looked at a few companies, prices were very reasonable. Would purchase again.

The site was easy to negotiate to find exactly what I wanted and how much to order. The system I chose is discrete and easy to swap pictures regularly. Downloaded fitting instructions. Simple instalation. Would recomend.

Simple to install, beautifully discrete and really easy to hang even large pictures. I love the hooks that just have a push spring on the side. So much easier than older systems where you’re trying to hold a painting while fiddling with tricky screws behind the work.

Hi. I haven't put up the rail just delivered, but I am very happy with the first one that I purchased 3 years ago, which has been used to adorn my home office wall with framed posters I take to record fairs (see photo). The only thing I can think of right now is to go and buy some wire end caps (see screengrab) to neatly finish off the steel cables/perlon cords. Also, I'm not aware of it, but maybe appoint selected installers around the country that are affiliated with galleries or picture framing stores...I'm DIY-savvy enough to put the rails up but maybe some customers would be incentivised to buy if they knew someone locally who could put the system in for them? Only -ve was that, for my small order, carriage seemed expensive (appreciate that couriers are not cheap for longer lengths of stuff but my picture framing mouldings come to Bodmin from Lymington and Birmingham for only £9-£12.

Bought Stas Cliprail Max to allow the picture hanging track to go up to ceiling level. Had to buy a right angle drilling head as well from elsewhere to provide clearance for drilling close to ceiling, but that was half the price of the track. Very satisfied with the results. Easy to.use and fully adaptable mounting height and spacing.

The difference between these hanging wires and general wires is they are designed to add additional hangers on each wire, to support say three or four pictures off the one wire. They don’t fray like the thinner cables. These are thicker and more robust. The secure hangers are fabulous, nobody can swipe a picture and take off! Far superior and a must for exhibition boards.

Works as advertised. I purchased the pro-rail. Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only tricky bit was the very last step to snap the metal rail in place as all the fixtures have to snap at the same time. Better done with 2 people.

Easy to put the rails up, easy to fix the hanging strips and to use the hanging clips, both types , would recommend

The rail and hanging cords are simple, robust and practical. I have a small studio and the system works perfectly

We use this system at our Art Group to hang our Art on the walls at the Village Hall. Very useful, easy & effective.

Had to adapt as needed hollow wall fixings and recessed screws for these I like the flexibility for hanging and adjusting
