Have been buying from 12 Volt planet for a number of years now. Hold a very good range of 12 volt items which I have used to build my own electrical system in two van conversions. In the past couple of years they have increased their product range to include other items like water connections and othe van conversion products. Delivery is very prompt and products are of a good quality. Like their knowledge centre and find the calculators very useful.

Great service from 12V planet as always. I called up and got lots of advice after a hot fuse and wire issue from my MPPT charger and leisure battery. Keane was helpful and very patient. He managed to get me a list of items to rectify the issue and sent me an invoice to check. I checked, amended slightly and ordered. Fast delivery, quality parts and good follow up support. Very happy. Next job to install a DC-DC charger, so I'll be back for more advice (Sorry Keane).

Oceanflex DC cable order
My order was sent promptly. Because 12 Volt Planet used Royal Mail, it was easy for me to redirect the delivery to the local sub post office where I could pick up the parcel at my convenience.
The Oceanflex DC cable I purchased appears to be well made. I like that I was able to specify connectors with different terminal hole sizes at each end.

1st time Customer, but the assistance from the support team was 1st rate - All who replied to my questions / queries seemed knowledgeable and did not appear to push 12v Planet Stock down my throat. - The Customer Service alone would never even give me cause to consider purchasing elsewhere - I would like to think the Back-up Service is as good.

No other so called experts knew the answer to our problem! I’ve been in the motor trade for over 50 years and never came up against this problem. Your techs and even the sales guy Keane were so helpful and answered every question I had. I have now installed the battery balancer and will be using the 24 volt smart charger and I am 100% confident that our problem has been solved and we can carry on racing

Exact Replacement ceiling light for campervan
Needed a replacement light for the campervan. 12V Planet had exactly the same one, with the bullet connectors, so wiring up was very simple. The delivery was quick and efficient communication , with lamp very well packaged and website easy to navigate. Another website had the same light at a slightly lower cost but without the connectors, so this was a no brainer.

Easy to place order. Very quick dispatch from 12 Volt Planet. Just let down somewhat by pallet delivery (Palletways) - no contact from them re delivery and their tracking tool is fairly useless so had to chase via phone.

Boat conversion from fossil fuel to electric.
I have a sailing boat that is being made to run only on electrical power. So that's engine gone and gas cooker gone. Converting to 12volt is made easy by companies like 12volt planet though there aren't many around. Getting deliveries to the boatyard has always been via reliable carriers and always in good time. I want good quality parts and have not been disappointed yet.

Really good range, quick dispatch. The only issue was with a product description (blade fuse box) which didn't make it clear that the box came with a selection of fuses, so I'd ordered a box in addition but I'll always need more so I've kept them all anyway!
