Off grid Motorhome
I informed Graham in Sales that I would like my motorhome to be off grid, he gave me a detailed list of everything I need he then attended to my queries promptly and helped me every step of the way which lead to me ordering a 628a gen 2 battery and all the recomended kit. Choosing the most competitively priced product on the market when you know what make and model you need can sometimes come with a compromise in the buying process but no such issues with 12volt planet arrived quickly and in perfect condition and still the cheapest available

A very good company to deal with.
I have had a few experiences with this company. Starting with lots of good advice and the supply of equipment to replace an old faulty caravan battery charger/power supply. Also supplying various electrical and wiring connections over a number of years.
Every transaction has been speedily delivered and every communication has been friendly and patiently dealt with.

Customer service is key to any business and they have have a keen eye on that. The site is excellent and navigation through it is easy with loads of information and tips along the way
My only tip would be to get away from Fed ex as a courier service to deliver for them as they will let you down repeatedly and this then tests your customer service skills

Incredibly helpful! As a newbie to solar power I had to hit the ground running, and with the excellent email support was able to design a bespoke system with continuing input from 12V Planet on things I didn’t need, and things I needed to add or improve on.
Stock levels always seem to be good, with anything going out of stock being replaced fairly quickly.
Delivery was bang on. No complaints at all.

Battery Terminal Adaptors
As always, a very efficient ordering and delivery by mail.
To use these adaptors (M8 female to SAE post) with my battery, I needed to shorten the supplied bolts. This was easy to do, as they are made of good quality material. Once that was done, they did the job.
