Availability of OEM product for Adria Twin campervan table top rail at a reaslistic price, good communication and delivery. This was the only site, I found, where I could purchase the table rail as nobody stocked the item and could also deliver to the UK.

Excellent service from Mechatechnic but UK buyers beware that due to Brexit orders over a certain value are subject to import duty , this is paid by the courier and then charged some weeks later to the customer, in my case this amounted to 25% of the value of the order once the courier has taken his commission, also trying to pay the invoice is a nightmare - this has put me off using the company again, regrettably I shall only be using UK suppliers from now on

Actually I wish to give you at least four stars. The reason why I only give two is the fact, that you use TNT/Fedex as your shipping agent. I was supposed to receive my goods (Order no. 3780911) on Thursday the 30’th of April but I still didn’t get it, and as usual with TNT/Fedex in Sweden I get no information on what is going on. Late Thursday the 30’th of April, I went to the local Fedex office to pick up my goods but as it wasn’t stored at the same address as the office, I was asked to return on Monday the 4’th of May. So let’s see what happens on Monday..
Dealing with TNT/Fedex, at least in Sweden, is a total mess and for this reason I don’t think that I’ll buy any more parts from you, unless you decide to change shipping agent.
