First time dealing with Mecatechnic, and won't be my last. Great number of parts for my 2CV. Fantastic prices. My order, including postage from France, was cheaper than buying the actual item in the UK excluding postage. My, ever so slightly negative, was first time I ordered using my debit card it didn't work out. Transaction showed on my account, but my oder didn't go through. Contacted their support team who confirmed my order didn't go through. Because it didn't the money was never actually claimed, so had to wait for my bank to refund. Ordered the part again, this using PayPal; and everything went smoothly. Order was promptly dispatched and took less than a week to arrive. Overall a great company to deal, with great choice and fantastic service. Would recommend anyone looking for parts to order from here.

One of the parts I ordered turned out not to be available and I need both parts to work together. I will need to fabricate the missing part myself. Why list a part as available on your site when it is not? It just leads to delays and heartbreak for customers. I do not like your business model, where you first take customers' orders, then check with suppliers to see if the part is available. This model is not made clear on your web site. The part which did arrive took over a month to be delivered. Contrast that with three days from a competitor. About a week after ordering, when there was no movement in the order, I sent an message inquiring about progress. I received no reply.
