Amazing service , web site is easy to manoeuvre, super quick delivery to the UK , less than a week from ordering to receiving ,the motorcycle soft luggage is great quality, made well , came with all the straps and waterproof inner , only thing that make this motorcycle luggage even better would be under seat strap system to attach luggage to get rid of unsightly straps attached into bike. Highly recommend this company for motorcycle accessories, if you check the web site regularly you get different discount promotions.

I recently purchased the aluminium panniers for my BMW R1250GS from Motea, and I am extremely satisfied with the product. I had some issues with the discount not being applied. You applied it post purchase and refunded the difference. Unfortunately the invoice showed the full price and customs charges would have been due. The order was returned to you for a full refund. I reordered applying the discount making the purchase below the import duty threshold. You did everything you could to sort this problem. I would definitely recommend you for your customer service. 11 out of 10.

At this point in time I cannot make any comment as the motorcycle has not arrived. So the actual fitment of the engine guards cannot be quantified. The only major observation is that these guards are made in China. I have a lot of experience of working in China and am concerned about corrosion as have seen it before.

Purchase and shipping was very quick. The only hiccup was when she was additional import taxes when it arrived in this country. there was no notification on why it could not be delivered. I had to enquire myself and then made payment. However, this was not the fault of the company but I will government. Very happy with the product. Thank you very much guys and girls. I will recommend anybody to purchase from you.

A+ Service! Over recent years, I've bought over £2k's worth of products and have never had an issue with the service, products & aftercare. The products have stood the ''the test of time'', and I will continue to shop with MOTEA. Just make sure you read & understand the T&C's regarding Delivery/Import Duty etc. which are clearly stated... MJ

I like the sale and economy sets. Especially with the 40% discount on it. I ordered side brackets thinking it was made from aluminium but it is made from a heavy duty steel. I am not sure if I like it, I just thought it could be lighter because in the description it says made from aluminium. They could do better with their descriptions.

Package I sent for has still not been delivered by the corriour UPS. I would advise you that UPS is a very poor service with lots of customers complaints of delayed or missing Packages. My pack has been sitting or lost in Inverness UK for 5 days now and still has not been delivered. Suggest a New postal service for your company to delivered goods You don't want any negativity attaching to your good service by poor postal delayed or lost packages.

Panniers were great my mistake for not realising they didn’t come with the fixing brackets. Website could be clearer because I really wanted the detachable panniers not the fixed ones. Also I didn’t realise that I have to pay import duty for delivery to the UK. But I’ll put that down to my lack of knowledge and Brexit.

Good stock of items - they offer discounts that bring their prices back down to competitors prices - shipping and order info is good, they use a proper carrier for shipping, not chuck it in the cheapest carrier … their products are available elsewhere so I do shop around

I was under the impression that the company was based in the uk., and unaware I would have to pay £73 in carriage costs. Luckily I had sufficient funds to do that otherwise I. Could have been in financial difficulties .

I’ve bought two items from motea. Both good quality items.. Unfortunately I bought the wrong exsaust for my bike. The customer suport was amazing . One email sent and it was sorted and refunded. I couldn’t ask for better service. 10/10 from me

The parts were very good quality and fitted well to the bike No instructions though and had to do an Internet search to find them. Even then not too clear. Never expected to pay the courier £54 for customs charge as this not mentioned on the receipt

Refunded a faulty bike dolly with no fuss at all. Very happy with the alternative I replaced it with - except the assembly instructions! Once I'd managed it, very happy indeed.

Bought my rack for my 2024 KTM 390 Adventurer, rack fitted perfectly, I used the top plate that came with my new Aluminium Top Bax bolted it to rack instead of plate that was supplied with the rack, a strong rack .

The constand is one of the best motorcycle stands i have had. The price reflects the quality and they are easy to use. Postage was good and arrived quickly. All in all I would recommend the company and their products..

The goods arrived as expected but there was a couple of issues - I ordered a red stand and received a black one. And UPS delivery time went from Sat to Tuesday to Monday not ideal if you were waiting in for it 🤷‍♂️

Excellent build quality and simple to construct. My only complaint was 2 washers were missing from the final stage but I had 2 in my collection .

The update on emails was great but the carrier was not updated regularly enough and I got cross as I had to give up a whole day to stay in when item was updated at the end of the day for the following day..

Excellent service, very happy with my constand, it does the job brilliantly and was very well packed for distribution and is of really good quality. Thank you.
