My granddaughter and I love our new bike seat! It was easy to assemble and we were out and about the next day! I love the design and she said she felt comfy and safe in her new seat!

Instructions and guides are very detailed, the option to customise the colours is amazing! The payment page defaulted to Dutch even if I was ordering from the uk.

Providing clearer overview of the 'whats in the box' so that I'm clear that the attachement between the bike rack and the seat is provided and I therefore do not need to buy another. This almost made me go with a competitor product, but I really like the design of your product and therefore stuck with it. I'm not sure how many other people would have dropped out of your funnel only to cost you more marketing €€€ in retargeting despite having bought another product elsewhere

I honestly loved everything about this experience, I have been visiting local bike stores in the UK and have been dissapointed at the ugly accessories! These bike seats were just what I was looking for. They match my bike colours perfectly and look top of the range! I loved everything about the website too, the comparability of the product. I can’t wait for the seat to arrive!
