Well built quality design and quick delivery. We bought this because it is EU and UK certified and therefore safe compared to other product from competitors. The design looks great and really nice to have a screen to see directly on the unit and wattage. Highly recommend if your looking for a granny charger or an additional cable.

Item which was difficult to source elsewhere, arrived as per schedule. Was kept well informed by e-mail of order progress at all stages. Courier delivery to Northern Ireland was offered and no "off mainland UK" extra charge was levied which is quite unusual and appreciated.

Great charger but I got caught out with the plug size, although it's a 32amp 3 phase plug it's a cee fitting which is smaller than normal 3 phase. Not sure if this is just a problem within the UK but I managed to get an adapter to go down to the correct size.

Great delivery time. So far it's a fantastic product. So very pleased. The delay function is good. It's a shame you can't actually set a timer. Maybe a future update if possible. But other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Have not managed to get the App working to schedule charging which is why I brought this product…! Very flustered as it cost about £50 more than other products…!

Shipped from NL so took a week instead of next day as expected but once it arrived I was very impressed with the build quality and design

Communication has been poor. My email enquiries have been been replied to with no text or maybe two words. After many weeks I still do not have the charger I ordered. After receiving the wrong item, I was left to work out how to arrange a courier collection. Still no updates, apologies or even a charger. I guess, I now have to figure out how to get a refund.

Great communication. I had several questions about the chargers prior to purchasing which they were more than happy to answer.

Hello, Having purchased your device to charge my Jaguar Epace E300 at home and at my caravan, i have used the device on two occasions since my purchase of the car. I am unable to adjust the charging from 8-16amp nor can I see on the small window what Kilowatt hrs the device is charging at. Furthermore in the instructions there is a recommendation to download the SmartLife app to allow a wireless configuration with my mobile phone and my home wifi system. The charger will not recognise my wifi nor am i able to pair the system. Maybe I am unable to correctly follow the precise instructions supplied, I don't think so. Also the car is just 2 years old. with only 14,500 miles. When i purchased the vehicle at the beginning of February 2026, the main battery had a reported charge of 35 miles out of the manufactures limit of 37 miles and 100% availability, when fully charged. After the first charge this dropped to 31 miles and showing 100% availability and after the second charge again using your device, it dropped to 27 miles availability for a 100% charged battery. I am not too sure what is happening can someone at Voldt please explain. Regards Andrew Machnik

I placed the order on 19th may and i am get to receive it and it is 1st of june, i had to send follow up emails to receive updates about my order and there was no card payment option available in the webpage. The shipment still says on its way amd hopefull will get it soon.
