Versatile, strong well made ladder. Yet to fully use but looks like it will fo the job required. Compact to store away as well. Packaging for box needs to be sturdier as due to weight of ladder it came through base of box on delivery & nearly lost one retaining bolt for support.

The telescopic ladders I bought have collapsed whist trying to get them to lock resulting in the ladder now in 2 parts and totally unusable. I have left voice message on the support number but yet to hear anything back.

What can I say, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It saves space when stored and extends to where it is supposed to go. Of course it bends, it has to. Yes, if you're stupid you can get your fingers caught (it's happened to me too, it's your own fault). I think it's great!

Good strong ladder soft closing is amazing easy to transport bought the 3.2 professional ladder. Essential for any professional who needs access at height. Looked at others best there is for the price good delivery time as well. Pleased with my purchase highly recommended.

The ladder is well built, and allows the height to be easily adjusted by acting on the spring-loaded buttons that unlock and lock the various telescopic arms. It is not exactly a feather to lift, but considering the height it reaches, the weight also provides greater stability.
