Versatile, strong well made ladder. Yet to fully use but looks like it will fo the job required. Compact to store away as well. Packaging for box needs to be sturdier as due to weight of ladder it came through base of box on delivery & nearly lost one retaining bolt for support.

Ik gebruik van de kruiwagen heb ik retour aangevraagd. De kruiwagen is meer dan 1 week geleden terug gestuurd en werd meerdere malen aangeboden maar de Pakjesdienst kan deze blijkbaar niet leveren. Hierdoor ontvangen ik mijn terugbetaling niet

Ladder fantastic just an issue with when ordering as said next day delivery but it was about a week

The telescopic ladders I bought have collapsed whist trying to get them to lock resulting in the ladder now in 2 parts and totally unusable. I have left voice message on the support number but yet to hear anything back.

Excellent customer service. The battery on my electric trolley wouldn't hold a charge, I contacted Aldorr and got an immediate reply and a replacement battery very quickly. Thank you
