No items received, poor customer service, seek an alternative supplier
When I got the first request to leave a review I wasn't going to do so, because my order was overdue. However, I have had another request to leave a review, despite my issue not being resolved, so I will do so.
I placed an order on 10 July and was informed it was despatched the same day. I was sent a tracking number but all the DHL website says for this delivery is that the shipment has left the origin company. Having no further update and no goods delivered I contacted Logihub who told me the problem was with DHL and they would follow this up, but this could take 5 days. Still nothing.
It is now 21 July and having been asked twice to review an order I have not received I have done so, giving you a poor review, which is deserved. The problem may be with DHL, but I am your customer, not DHL's and the fact you have provided no update on what was a time critical item is poor.
I have since had to order the items from another source (Ross Handling) from whom they arrived within 48 hours.
If and when I do receive this order, I suspect it will be my last with Logihub.

We sincerely regret and deeply regret that you felt compelled to write a negative review, even before your order arrived. We fully understand how frustrating this is, especially since it involved a time-critical delivery.
While the actual logistical issue appears to be with our carrier, we fully realize that you are our customer—not DHL's. You count on us, and we want nothing more than to live up to that expectation. In this case, we unfortunately fell short.
Automatically sending a review request while you are still waiting for your order is, of course, particularly frustrating—and we sincerely apologize for that. That simply shouldn't have happened.
We are now in contact with DHL again to try and track down this shipment, and we will personally monitor the situation until there is clarity. As soon as we receive news, you will, of course, be the first to know. And if the shipment does arrive, we will be happy to contact you to discuss a suitable solution.
Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. We are truly sorry that your trust in Logihub has been significantly damaged by this. Nevertheless, we greatly appreciate you informing us, and we hope—however slim that may seem at the moment—that we can regain your trust in the future.
