Really excellent customer service
The service is easy to use and personalise. My cases arrived promptly and in good condition. The three cases I bought are well made, really smart and protect the phones.
I wasn't happy with the style of one of the cases and even though it wasn't broken, I was offered a voucher without argument or fuss. I replaced the case and I'm really happy with it.

Ok, I didn't like the phone case when it came. It wasn't what I expcted at all. I left a stinker of a review, which I don't do often as I'm well aware of the negative effect it can have on businesses.

My second purchase of a phone wallet. The first one was showing signs of its age after a few years but had served me well. I can't quite get everything into the new one yet as it will need to stretch slightly, and the magnet wasn't coping with keeping it closed with 5 cards and some bank notes inside, but removing two cards did the job. Lovely clear image on the front of my supplied photo. Recommended.

Great case and service, my one suggestion on improvement is that the rubber like edging comes off within a few months. It needs to be bonded stronger if possible

It would have been better if the tab to close it was marginally bigger. I’ve only got three cards in the pockets but it doesn’t stay closed due to the tab not reaching

The customer service is second to none. My case was late being delivered so I contacted the customer service and with in a couple of hours they had sorted out the problem by re printing my case and sending with no attached or hidden fees.
This is why I have used them for the last 5 years and four cases. A great product that always look and feels like quality. Highly recommended.
