Since losing my most precious dog Bode in 2022 I have had personalised phone cases with much loved photos of him. As I just upgraded my phone I obviously needed to order a new case. It's the first time I have ordered anything from 'mypersonalisedcase' and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be ordering more from this site in the future. 😍

I cannot comment on the quality of the product itself because, in a bold and innovative twist, I never actually received it. However, I can absolutely comment on the ordering process, communication, and the general interpretive dance that seems to pass for accurate information. I placed an order for a personalised iPad case after the website confidently assured me the item was in stock and would be dispatched the same day if ordered before the cut-off time. Naturally, I ordered before that time, because I foolishly believed the website. Several days passed with no dispatch confirmation, which felt less like “same day dispatch” and more like “same week contemplation.” When I checked my account, the order was listed as “On Hold,” which I assume is industry code for “we’ll get back to you… eventually.” I emailed multiple times asking what this meant and received no response, which was impressive in its consistency. Several days later, I was finally informed that the product was not actually in stock and that delivery would be delayed by approximately 16 days. A small detail, really—who among us hasn’t confused “in stock” with “not remotely available”? At this point, I requested a cancellation, only to be told this was not possible because the case had already been printed and was ready to send. This was particularly fascinating, given that the product was also apparently not in stock. Schrödinger’s iPad case, if you will. The email also mentioned that the company prides itself on fast delivery and good communication, which I can only assume was meant as a piece of abstract comedy. After sending several further emails asking for an update, I again received no response. It was only after specifically asking why my emails were being ignored (a fun little game we were playing, apparently) that I was informed the product was still not in stock and that I could either continue waiting or receive a refund. I requested a refund, which, to be fair, was processed within a couple of days. So credit where it’s due—when it came to giving my money back, things suddenly moved at lightning speed. While the refund was handled promptly, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The stock information appeared to be more of a suggestion than a fact, communication was sporadic at best, and I spent a significant amount of time chasing updates that, in a perfect world, might have been provided without prompting. All in all, a memorable experience—just not in the way anyone hopes for.

The service is easy to use and personalise. My cases arrived promptly and in good condition. The three cases I bought are well made, really smart and protect the phones. I wasn't happy with the style of one of the cases and even though it wasn't broken, I was offered a voucher without argument or fuss. I replaced the case and I'm really happy with it. That's really excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Ok, I didn't like the phone case when it came. It wasn't what I expcted at all. I left a stinker of a review, which I don't do often as I'm well aware of the negative effect it can have on businesses. Anyway, I got a reply from mypersonalisedcase within a day. They were brilliant. The annoyance I felt initially was replaced by admiration at their speed, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with my complaint. They really couldn't have handled it any better. My second purchase of a phone wallet. The first one was showing signs of its age after a few years but had served me well. I can't quite get everything into the new one yet as it will need to stretch slightly, and the magnet wasn't coping with keeping it closed with 5 cards and some bank notes inside, but removing two cards did the job. Lovely clear image on the front of my supplied photo. Recommended.

Great case and service, my one suggestion on improvement is that the rubber like edging comes off within a few months. It needs to be bonded stronger if possible

I took a photo of some flowers from my parents garden and have immortalised them in a phone case. I am in the process of selling my parents' home and this is a lasting reminder of their beautiful garden X

The quality of the photos on the case is really great and the material used feels quite strong. It would have been better if the tab to close it was marginally bigger. I’ve only got three cards in the pockets but it doesn’t stay closed due to the tab not reaching

Got my wife a personalised phone case for Christmas. Thought as it was the busy advent season, delivery would maybe take a while but I came promptly. Lots of different versions on offer and the clarity of the image I chose was top notch. I will use this site every time I need a personalised case.

Easy to import design for it to be printed hence the couple stars but when the case was received, it doesn't look worth the money nor wasnt printed in the colours that i had designed

Great quality ..clear photos …this is the second one ordered ….. do go for the more expensive one …the cheaper version is not the same quality and photos look like stuck on
