Been visiting MVF for 30+ years. Initially on visits to my in-laws in Devon from our home in West Sussex. Experienced great value and service on those visits, which we would use to shop and stock up on many different items. When with takeovers and mergers the Country store opened at Billingshurst we visited a few times but it lacked the range and depth of the MVF Devon outlets. Having eventually retired and then the Allotment waiting list finally put my name on a plot; I decided to pay for the upgraded membership as I envisaged more frequent purchases and visits to Billingshurst. I planned to order online line to click and collect at the store; while there I could check out special offers and stock up on compost and wood chips. Sadly there is a flaw in the system! If the store you wish to collect from does not have the item in stock in the store, the system will not let you order it! Plan ‘B’; phone store with catalogue details and order and pay for the goods over the phone, obviously not as convenient but the staff have been very helpful. Problem with this option is the order does not show up on your account anywhere, resulting in having to keep phoning the store for updates on the order. Still awaiting the arrival in store of my order and my visit to collect and make any further purchases. Hopefully the online system will be updated and improved with time.

The measure of the company is sometimes best evaluated to how they handle things when stuff goes wrong. When the delivery company failed to deliver both packages Mike galley were easy to reach, responded promptly, kept me updated and resolved quickly. I wish everyone I dealt with had such high standards!

Easy to find the good on the website & at a good price, simple to order & arrived quickly, within 2or 3 days. My only complaint is with the delivery DHL driver who left a 15kgs bag of dog food halfway down the drive , which I had to retrieve, & then carry it the rest of the way, up the steps to the front door. This has never happened before with any deliveries & made life difficult.

Ordering was very straightforward and easy. I ordered a pallet of haylage and it was delivered 3 day later the delivery driver my professional and friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have more notifications of how my order is doing as my account just says processing even weeks after delivery. Apart from that a brilliant service and will definitely be ordering again.

Communication from the team was absolutely excellent when the delivery company failed to deliver my item. They kept me updated daily and sent a replacement item. First class communication - thank you. Will definitely use this company again.

I was looking for a protective tunnel to cover my peas from the birds. I looked at various sites, but as I wanted to get them covered as soon as possible, I chose Mole Valley Farmers for next. So easy to order online, I collected the next morning with no problems as my order number was sent by email for collection. Our Staff at the local Liskeard Mole Valley store are always, polite, friendly & helpful & it’s a great place to get what you need.

This is the second time your delivery company has not knocked the door. They have just dumped the 25kg bag of peanursover the gate. If we had been out we wpuld not be able to open the gate. As we are oap's we wpould not been able to open the gate this is not accepable. I considering to go yo a new supplier. I havr told the delivern agent. No reply yet

Easy website to navigate and reasonably priced.Great choice. The only thing that is not too good is the delivery company. Scheduled for delivery on one day then emailed to say sorry will be delivered the next day which was a bit inconvenient, next day scheduled for delivery in a certain time frame but then delivered it at a different time! DHL . This has happened to me twice

Ordered for first time . Came no problem. The one problem was i wanted some salt licks for sheep. They were on the website to order but when i got to checkout i couldnt have them delivered, my only option was to collect but the nearest shop is miles away so i couldnt buy them.

Prompt delivery, in a sealed bag. This was a rush order for ‘lamblac’ and hoped we would be finished with this but no such joy. Ordered and whilst the delivery said 5/7 days, it was here within 3 days.

Availability of Saracen level grow summer cubes for my 3rd mare. Price and delivery charge was really good. Delivery was stated and delivered on time. Food bag was secured by heavy duty clear bag, no damage to either.

I’m really pleased with my latest order from Mole Valley Online. The packaging was absolutely splendid – everything was so well protected and carefully wrapped. As always, the service was excellent and I had no worries at all. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. Great communication, fast delivery, and the usual high standard I’ve come to expect from Mole Valley. Highly recommend!

Excellent premium dog food at a great price. My dogs love it and are in excellent condition. Ordering is fast and easy. Click and collect is great. Store staff are always welcoming and always load the bags in the boot for me. Just excellent all round

I ordered 18in(2)and 1 24in , the order came on Wednesday, but just 18in I contacted mole valley and was told they had not got then in warehouse, why could that not have been shown when I ordering. But Yeovil had the 24in in stock.

When the courier couldn't reach us, Mole Valley took the initiative and told them to leave the pallet in a safe place which the courier did. Nice to know that the courier snd Mole Vallet communicate. Delivery was within the specified time range. An email saying the pallet was on its way would have been useful.

Really easy way to order items online and get them delivered to home. Everything came really quickly and packaged nicely. Our new puppy was very happy with all her items.

Wasn't told on day of delivery it would be arriving so never got chance to ask if could at least put it in garden cause I wasn't in and I'm have walking disability I arrived home to find a pallet sitting on path outside my garden gate I only have a walker so had to try pick pick up bags and take them one at time into garden at time pouring rain so took me at least 45 minutes to move all bags then had to struggle with wooden pallet and all I could do was prop it up against wall and have no idea how to get rid of it. I ordered from you and getting it delivered to make my life easier sadly had the opposite effect and so sadly cant see me using you again disappointed with it all

I highly recommend Moles they have a wide variety of products . All fresh and top quality. The website is easy to use . All items arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and were packaged with care. Delivery was super fast too .

I ordered on line for click and collect, very easy to do. I was kept informed about my order, and when it was ready to pick up. Very good service and polite staff.

Got dog beds in the sale at a brilliant price. Beds are really good quality. Their the ones i usually go for. They arrived within a couple of days and were well packaged.
