Easy to find the good on the website & at a good price, simple to order & arrived quickly, within 2or 3 days. My only complaint is with the delivery DHL driver who left a 15kgs bag of dog food halfway down the drive , which I had to retrieve, & then carry it the rest of the way, up the steps to the front door. This has never happened before with any deliveries & made life difficult.

Brilliant service

Ordering was very straightforward and easy. I ordered a pallet of haylage and it was delivered 3 day later the delivery driver my professional and friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have more notifications of how my order is doing as my account just says processing even weeks after delivery. Apart from that a brilliant service and will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent service

I was looking for a protective tunnel to cover my peas from the birds. I looked at various sites, but as I wanted to get them covered as soon as possible, I chose Mole Valley Farmers for next. So easy to order online, I collected the next morning with no problems as my order number was sent by email for collection. Our Staff at the local Liskeard Mole Valley store are always, polite, friendly & helpful & it’s a great place to get what you need.

This is the second time your delivery company has not knocked the door. They have just dumped the 25kg bag of peanursover the gate. If we had been out we wpuld not be able to open the gate. As we are oap's we wpould not been able to open the gate this is not accepable. I considering to go yo a new supplier. I havr told the delivern agent. No reply yet

Easy website to navigate and reasonably priced.Great choice. The only thing that is not too good is the delivery company. Scheduled for delivery on one day then emailed to say sorry will be delivered the next day which was a bit inconvenient, next day scheduled for delivery in a certain time frame but then delivered it at a different time! DHL . This has happened to me twice

Great service as always from Mole Valley!

I’m really pleased with my latest order from Mole Valley Online. The packaging was absolutely splendid – everything was so well protected and carefully wrapped. As always, the service was excellent and I had no worries at all. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. Good delivery

When the courier couldn't reach us, Mole Valley took the initiative and told them to leave the pallet in a safe place which the courier did. Nice to know that the courier snd Mole Vallet communicate. Delivery was within the specified time range. An email saying the pallet was on its way would have been useful.

Bird nuts

Good quality product . Site easy to use . The only thing was the delivery which the courier dumped them next to the bin outside the gate on bin day fortunately they had been emptied.The gate was unlocked and we have a covered porch which was requested to leave in . But that’s not mole company’s fault . I have said this in the courier’s review

Dogs love the food. We love them on it. They were raw fed, but that is impractical when travelling in the camper. It is a reasonable price. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the postage. Even though we are mainland UK, it's almost £25 when just down the road is £5. That difference is nearly the cost of a whole bag of food

Online ordering good, collection dreadful

Simple to order online and clarity with order, but collecting from Newton Abbot store a dreadful experience. Till scanner not reading QR code and staff unable to cope. Had to argue with them to sort issue. When collecting items, apart from one small lady, rest of staff stood around and watched while we struggled with heavy items. Not a good experience.

Only problem was BOT

My partner created the account on his smartphone. When I tried to log-in on my desktop, I was told I couldn't as I was a BOT and to contact customer services. It was 11pm, so I decided to use 'forgot password' and changed to to the same one. My desktop was then recognised and I could log-in okay. Everything else fine.

Country Grain

Always good service with Mole on line, easy website, lots of choice and the best dog food for my Greyhound. He's been on Country Grain salmon and potato for over a year and it suits him so well, hes in great condition and no more allergies.

Convenient to order horse feed as not in stock at my local branch. However, it’s never in stock so I have to pay for delivery which is very expensive! Also when it was delivered it was dumped at my back door and one bag of the very expensive horse feed was split open plus it had already been taped up once! This is not good.

I ordered the septic tank tablets.. You quickly sent them to me.. I received them and took them to my dad.. He fed them to his septic tank… His septic tank is now happy again… phew All good and took less than a week from start to finish.. Arrived promptly, my order was altered though to something similar, but it wasn't really what I wanted and I would have preferred to have been asked if it was a suitable substitute or if it was worth waiting for the item to come back in stock. I haven't returned it as I can use it elsewhere at a later date.

Great electric fence posts and excellent price

Excellent customer service regarding delivery advice. Very pleased with my electric fence posts. One star missing because I ordered two Rockies salt licks and one arrived cracked/damaged. Looks to have been damaged in transit. Will certainly order more electric fence equipment from Mole Valley.

I’ve used this product before and it’s great for both pregnant and whelping bitches. More importantly, it’s an excellent additive for puppy meal and the pups thrive on it. The price of this product is very competitive, which is so important when dog breeding

Mostly, Excellent

Mostly, I find MVF an excellent shop for the products they have in stock, but I have had problems not being able to order or get a delivery for items shown in stock at other branches, also you can't order out-of-stock items and are told in-store that they are waiting for a delivery. In other words, they won't source a product for you that they advertise online; you just have to wait for it to become available at your local store, unless you want to travel hundreds of miles to another store.

Quicker than normal

Ordered 1 day, delivered the next Courier tried to ‘ dump and run’, put my goods by the garage, knocked, then left,however,I was right by the door,so he had to collect and deliver correctly — so, maybe look at a different courier !
