Convenient to order horse feed as not in stock at my local branch. However, it’s never in stock so I have to pay for delivery which is very expensive! Also when it was delivered it was dumped at my back door and one bag of the very expensive horse feed was split open plus it had already been taped up once! This is not good.

The product was available as I'm finding it hard to get in the shop the only problem is cost of delivery and not all their products are available on line They dealt with my order quickly

It was easy to buy on line , and I got an email saying ready for collection with the QR code ……but it took them ages in the shop to find my purchase 20 mins ! Would have been quicker to grab it of the shelf , so disappointed.

I ordered the septic tank tablets.. You quickly sent them to me.. I received them and took them to my dad.. He fed them to his septic tank… His septic tank is now happy again… phew All good and took less than a week from start to finish.. Arrived promptly, my order was altered though to something similar, but it wasn't really what I wanted and I would have preferred to have been asked if it was a suitable substitute or if it was worth waiting for the item to come back in stock. I haven't returned it as I can use it elsewhere at a later date.

Excellent product range, very helpful knowledgeable staff. Had product enquiry recently, was told someone would call me back … and they did. Not always the case with other retailers.

Excellent customer service regarding delivery advice. Very pleased with my electric fence posts. One star missing because I ordered two Rockies salt licks and one arrived cracked/damaged. Looks to have been damaged in transit. Will certainly order more electric fence equipment from Mole Valley.

I’ve used this product before and it’s great for both pregnant and whelping bitches. More importantly, it’s an excellent additive for puppy meal and the pups thrive on it. The price of this product is very competitive, which is so important when dog breeding

Mostly, I find MVF an excellent shop for the products they have in stock, but I have had problems not being able to order or get a delivery for items shown in stock at other branches, also you can't order out-of-stock items and are told in-store that they are waiting for a delivery. In other words, they won't source a product for you that they advertise online; you just have to wait for it to become available at your local store, unless you want to travel hundreds of miles to another store.

Easy and straight forward online shopping. Delivery was sooner than I expected, which was great. The delivery driver was polite and respectful. Honestly my first time ordering could not of gone better. 🐕

Ordered 1 day, delivered the next Courier tried to ‘ dump and run’, put my goods by the garage, knocked, then left,however,I was right by the door,so he had to collect and deliver correctly — so, maybe look at a different courier !

Very accessible site and plenty of items to choose from. Ordered & promptly delivered so all good. The clippers themselves are good quality and do the job.

I really like Mole Valley. The people there are great and helpful but the webpage needs improvement. 1) I've had the website tell me items at my local store are not in stock, but when I went to the store (right after being on the website), the items were in stock. 2) The Click and Collect does not let you purchase items that are not currently in your local store. Typically Click and Collect will let you still purchase the item, then when the stock gets to the store, they hold it for you and notify you its ready for pick up. So it seems the click and collect is not working correctly yet. 3) Staff does not know when new stock will come in, so it seems your stocking system is a black box (unknown) to staff and the click and collect system. Summary - really need to get click and collect system working properly.

Dispatch & delivery were done quickly. I was kept updated with the progress of my order. First time I had ordered o line & would do so again.

Your service is excellent, usually quick delivery, but as the delivery person (i didn't have time to get to the door) merely standing 12 feet away as i heard the thump of something heavey landing on my porch. No doorbell rung, and van gone byvthe time i was greeted yet again by a split bag with nuts bag hanging out . They stated it had been accepted by me, but i never got to see them. That aside,the birds are going bonkers, eating at l3ast 2 litres of nuts each day especially since we all had that first dollop of the white stuff. However ours wasn't snow, it was ice and i have worked in those conditions on the railway enough times. But your service i would happily recommend.
