Having looked around online for what we wanted we decided on Paving Stones Direct due to their competitive prices. We had a query about delivery charges which they answered promptly. We picked a delivery date for within a matter of days from order, we then had messages from the delivery company to update us about a time schedule. Delivery was prompt, driver was friendly and helpful. There was a small chip in one of the tiles but to be honest it wasn't worth complaining about it. When we are ready to order more tiles for other parts of the garden we will not hesitate to go back to this company.
Great prices, good choice of delivery options, or so we thought! Opted for delivery day but received a phone call the day before to say the pallet had arrived, nobody on to take delivery so a waste of everyone’s time because they had to come back on the scheduled day.

Incredible product, uyou get what u pay for xx easy to apply and dries overnight rock solid , I sprayed over filled crevices with water as instructed to keep damp so aids setting.

Excellent customer service. We ordered a Patio Circle but unfortunately one slab was damaged on arrival. They couldn’t have been more helpful and a replacement slab was on our doorstep the very next morning. Doesn’t get better than that.

Customer services were very good in answering all my questions regarding the porcelain paving & edging I was interested in & helping over costs for amount required. They were going to email me the quote given over the telephone but I never received the email & not email fault as customer services tested it to make sure I would receive.

I ordered a number of samples of porcelain paving & edging stones for colours & they arrived in really quick time, in fact, one lot was notified as been late to be delivered (only by one day) via email & phone call from their customer services - which was great service.

Needed bigger pack.
More details on how big a pack for area it's needed for. I ordered a 15 kg pack then realised after receiving it and seeing it's size that I needed a 25 kg pack. Stuck now with unused 15 kg pack. Delivery was fine. Read small print on returns.

Have used Paving Stones Direct on many occasions I have found them to be very helpful. The website isn't the best which has resulted in me calling them instead a few times but they've always been very helpful. Would definitely recommend 👌

Easy to order
Excellent delivery (on day requested)
Downside…..says not necessarily delivered on day requested because of lack of HGV drivers, but no updates until an hour prior to actual delivery
