Really good slabs and timely delivery
After ordering from Wickes and having a vey disapointing experience, I found paving stones direct online. These are local to my area and reviews and delivery slots looked promising. They were able to deliver on the date I selected and (David I think) who delivered the slabs was really nice and was able to deliver onto our driveway via entry on a back road. As a young woman it feels good having a nice delivery driver who also phoned me regarding the delivery and drop off point. These slabs are great quality and an absolutely great price! I'll be using this company now for all my future slab needs!

Marvellous, friendly service

Fast delivery to kerbside of house. Friendly curriers. Cobbles were of good quality - no chips although a fair percentage were closer to the 20mm depth rather than 40mm , overall though good quality product

purchase was easy and clear, products arrived on time with driver providing phone call on day of delivery, products are bang on quality, came well protected in suitable crate. That’s all you need. Damage of one tile only, which is fair practice. Extremely happy and would use the service again.

Good product selection and great service
So quick and easy to order either by phone or online. Very helpful and speedy answers to my questions, again, both online and on the phone. This is my second order and each time I have been impressed with the service.

Great range of good quality products, and great service.
Called to reorder some paving slaps I previously ordered some 5-6 years ago. Spoke with Ash. He talked me through the meters needed and explained there may be a mismatch of colour due to the batching. He also gave me great advice with cleaning the current patio and this worked a treat! Thank you, Ash.

Thank you for an easy website to follow and quick delivery, was unsure if it would delivered on time and not damaged.
Well my thoughts were all answered, totally all ok and ready to use when I can use the rain or hosepipe to finish the job.

Great product- exactly what I needed. Excellent communications regarding order status and luckily very securely packaged - my video doorbell caught the delivery driver seriously manhandle the crate when offloading but fortunately no breakages. Will be ordering more with confidence now

Excellent service, exceeded my expectations as their customer care was exceptional. The only thing I didn't rate is the tubs of grout arriving on two pallets, which I now need to dispose of. The delivery driver wouldn't take them away. Cant vouch for the grout yet as I've not used it.

I liked the ease of ordering on the website and it was easy to contact customer services with a pleasant young man on the end of the phone however in this modern age being able to track your delivery would be a definite bonus - I received no information regarding am or pm
Delivery only upon contacting the company was I given a slot - needs modernising

Porcelain Slabs
Excellent. Easy website to order from with all the relevant info provided. A quick delivery and an excellent service from the delivery guy. On top of that the was the price. I saved £1,500 by ditching the original company and going with Paving Stone Direct. I’m still smiling now.

Great paving slabs and good service
Really like the paving- came more or less on time (held up by traffic - unavoidable), well packed and delivered where we needed them. Now have a great patio nearly done.

Delivery arrived as requested, driver very helpful. Slabs were well packed 3 or 4 had minor chips but nothing major, all in all a good experience.

Customer service was truly excellent - I asked to change my order after placing it and was quickly responded to and confirmed. I later followed up to clarify a point around delivery and again got a detailed response very quickly (and out of hours!). Great customer service and reliable company

Good service and product but be careful
Product was good quality but pictures and description on site was misleading meaning I had to buy additional stones and change design.
One stone arrived broken but getting a replacement was easy and it was sent out really quickly, excellent communication.
I would use this company again but would double check details before ordering next time
