Good prices on many items. Items were out of stock but shipped quickly once Eibmarkt received them from the manufacturer. The items were packed well enough and shipping to the US was quite fast.

The item was received and sure it would have worked great, BUT the packagin was not sufficient. It had been dropped in shipping, the pump was broken from being dropped and the freon line broken therefore it did not work. I emailed and questioned this to the company. DID NOT HEAR anything. I will be filing a Paypal complaint as well. $1600 USD is a lot to just forget about.

Right from the Start of Ordering This Order until I received the Items, it was very Well Managed perhaps because this time, the Total Value was not much and thus, I did not encounter any issues with Your DHL. Previously, whenever the Total Value was high and that I need to pay for the Taxes, I had so much of issues with Your DHL. You could do better if I am able to select whether to arrange the Courier Companies of my preference or at least my Own DHL.
