What is going on with my order?
My customer number is 602298. I placed an order No 250812-667379. But as a guest I can not reach the client's page, so I do not have any information regarding my order. I either did not receive the product yet nor have any info on shippment, tracking number, delivery company, ...etc.
I made registration later and got new customer number 602580, but I can not see my previous order.
I tried to reach you by phone stated in your mail, but nobody was answering.
Could you be so kind to provide me to access to my order to check what is going on and when I am going to receive my product.

The order was shipped to you on August 13th. You received a delivery notification with a shipment ID and a direct link to track your package. According to the tracking information, the package is in Belgrade. Please check your email account or SPAM filter.
Never a problem for 25 years, nothing else to say.
I've had dozens of my customers buy from them, and none of them have had any problems.
Could they ship faster?
Maybe so, but I think they're doing their best.

Very professional
They didn't have part of the order in stock, but promptly informed me with a worst-case-scenario. I accepted it and they ended shipping it somewhat sooner than expected.

Like the choice
Like the choice, don't like that on invoice is stated made in Germany and not made in EU. This way we are paying custom duties more than if it was made in China.
