Package dispatched on the 11th June, Vat notification received on the 18th, paid instantly, have still not received my order, have contacted carrier, tracking number good, they seem incapable of delivering it.

What is going on with my order?
My customer number is 602298. I placed an order No 250812-667379. But as a guest I can not reach the client's page, so I do not have any information regarding my order. I either did not receive the product yet nor have any info on shippment, tracking number, delivery company, ...etc.
I made registration later and got new customer number 602580, but I can not see my previous order.
I tried to reach you by phone stated in your mail, but nobody was answering.
Could you be so kind to provide me to access to my order to check what is going on and when I am going to receive my product.

The order was shipped to you on August 13th. You received a delivery notification with a shipment ID and a direct link to track your package. According to the tracking information, the package is in Belgrade. Please check your email account or SPAM filter.
