Product is fine but some delivery issues not directly their fault (but not signed for so left outside and stolen), but on sending replacements no communication they were coming / tracking number … fortunately signed for but then Royal Mail system suggested delivered with photo when they were not.

Deliver on time would help

Had the item we needed online and in stock. Arrived within 2 days of placing the order. Great service and competitive price.

Very poor service and even poorer after service. It took too long for an item to arrive. Then I asked to return it as I had ordered, received and fitted another before the reply came. I received acknowledgement that an RMA would arrive by email but a week later I’m still left holding the part and out of pocket.

Ordering process straightforward - information after order good and was delivered in quick time!
