According to the tracking information, the parcel currently has the following status: "Tue, 30 June 2026, 09:51, United Kingdom: The shipment is undergoing customs clearance for import into the destination country/region. Please find further information" Please check your inbox and email account to see if you have received any information from customs regarding import VAT and charges. Unfortunately, we do not understand why you are criticising us so negatively, even though we processed and dispatched the order extremely quickly. If a delivery is extremely important to you, you should select DHL EXPRESS in future.
