I like the company, and I am a big fan of their products. However, on my most recent order, their chosen courier, UPS, completely failed to appeared on pre-agreed days, twice, resulting in me staying at home for three whole days. (My last order had also failed to arrive on the first agreed date.) Although they eventually addressed the situation, I feel Packlinq were rather dismissive at first, and it took some convincing for them to take my complaint seriously. I am pleased to note that they are now exploring using a different courier for UK deliveries.

I ordered two packs of A2-sized cardboard for my son's school project. They were helpful, professional, and provided perfect materials and packaging. I highly recommend them.
