Especially liked that the price I paid was less than on Amazon; and even with a high shipping charge I still paid less than Amazon with no shipping charge. Very quick dispatch and arrival at the delivery address. Moreover the Ventilationland website offers very pertinent general advice on the subject of ventilation - which should be heeded (there has been much in the UK news in Nov/Dec 2022 regarding the perils of moulds in the home)
1 Failed to deliver in the expected timeframe.
2 Failed to communicate their in-house delivery problems.
3 Not able to expedite an order because their products are in fact shipped from overseas.
4. Customer services cannot actually communicate directly with their own warehousing and distribution.
Ordered on 23rd October - non-delivery and order cancelation on 01 December.
This business is not in line with other successful rapid delivery companies supporting the construction industry.
Expect and plan for slow delivery.

I bought a couple of circular aluminium vents and installed them in an exterior wall. Easy installation and look good.

Good service, delivery rather slow
Goods arrived as described but took two weeks rather than the initially promised 3-5 days. Dispatched from the Netherlands although this isn’t mentioned on the website.

Orcan MVS 15RH with built-in humidity sensor
Orcan extraction unit purchased to replace now obsolete extractor. Price of unit was very good in comparison to old unit. Delivery time was quick. Great, smooth transaction. It is the second unit that we have purchased and moving forward. We will be making this a go to unit of choice and supplier. All in all very satisfied and looking forward to doing business with you in the future.

Excellent company to purchase from. As a DIY novice without previous experience of ducting I found the conversation and subsequent email from the sales advisor to be invaluable in making my modest £100 purchase. The consignment arrived from the Netherlands in the time stated which I'm sure would have been faster without the red tape of brexit. Good quality products well finished

Excellent supply, more technical info would have been helpful
The unit arrived very promptly, well packed. We wish to use it in a non-standard configuration and you could not answer whether that will have any problems.
The installation pamphlets in the package are all in Dutch. We have been able to download English versions, so this is not a show-stopper.
We have not yet installed the unit, so there may be further adventures to come.
