I had water leaking from the bottom of my mvhr so gave a good clean ordered new filters from them which turned up fast delivery

They said they can't see an s water trap I bought one installed it and the water leaking problem went away

No problem with ordering, but mega problem with delivery as it was delivered to wrong address. Fortunately we recognised the door as that of one of our neighbours and were able to retrieve it. They are new arrivals and don’t know our name. It seems the problem is with DPD not yourselves. From photo below you will see that the name of our house is missing from the label. This appears to be a problem with DPD’s system as our neighbour says this is a regular occurrence with DPD. We will be writing to DPD about it, but meanwhile maybe you should check that the address on the DPD labels are complete. Or change courier!!

The Monoblock Unit is working well and I am pleased with it. A few things could be better though. Firstly, the item took much longer to arrive than expected, because your website said it was 'in stock', but it wasn't. Secondly, the unit did not come with a UK three pin plug and this was not mentioned in your advertising. Finally, the instructions are fine except that the size of the main holes to be drilled needs to be larger than the 180mm specified, because the liner needs to be fitted and the hole to be large enough to accommodate the drop down to the outside (probably 185mm or slightly bigger is needed, but i had already bought a 180mm hole cutter). Strangely, the size of the hole specified for the rubber drain hose (25mm) is too large. Probably 20mm would be enough.

My aircon unit was purchased on 28 May 2026 and was due to be delivered by Dachser logistics on 3rd June between 8-13h. The Dachser website shows it was delivered but not to our address! There is no possibility to contact Ventilationland. You have to email (which I did, titling it URGENT and non-delivery) and then hope for the best. You might or might not get a reply. It's highly annoying how little they care about customer service and promptly addressing issues. The unit was not in their stock and was shipped over from Holland. It was £650 so it's not nothing and now I'm having to chase the order and spend a lot of time to try and sort it out. Clearly, there is a huge problem with the supply chain followed by customer service.

Terrible customer service, products did not arrive
Placed an order for some essential ventilation components on 17th March, with delivery scheduled for the 23rd - great all seemed to be going smoothly. Booked the job for just after to allow for time for things to arrive.
The 23rd came and went, nothing arrived. Called ventilationland numerous times, all options on their phone number don't go anywhere. You cannot speak with a human. A single t piece was subsequently delivered from a large order. I contacted ventilationland to explain the situation numerous times. Including when I got the shipping notification saying the order weighed less than 1kg. They assured me the whole order has been sent.
Another invoice was sent with a delivery date of 30/03/26. This day came and went with no sign of delivery. Customer service again was not contactable by phone. They stole my money and have not yet returned it, then have cost me loads in labour costs due to the wrong delivery dates. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered fans online for delivery Monday - didn’t arrive tried to contact by phone, answering machine saying please e mail - did so, no response & e mail not opened, whatsApp reply was delivery Friday, 600 mile round trip 4 days hire of a scissor lift job should have been completed, customer has been let down, I’ve had a wasted 4 days & had to return home I’ve had no other response other than to the WhatsApp question saying maybe delivery Friday.
