Very efficient service from point of ordering to final delivery Delivery took longer than expected but considering item had to come from outside the UK (Netherlands) that's acceptable. Item also arrived in excellent condition. Overall very happy with the service and would highly recommend Ventilationland

No problem with ordering, but mega problem with delivery as it was delivered to wrong address. Fortunately we recognised the door as that of one of our neighbours and were able to retrieve it. They are new arrivals and don’t know our name. It seems the problem is with DPD not yourselves. From photo below you will see that the name of our house is missing from the label. This appears to be a problem with DPD’s system as our neighbour says this is a regular occurrence with DPD. We will be writing to DPD about it, but meanwhile maybe you should check that the address on the DPD labels are complete. Or change courier!!

I had water leaking from the bottom of my mvhr so gave a good clean ordered new filters from them which turned up fast delivery Water still leaking very frustrating so reached out to there technical section sent all pictures that they required They said they can't see an s water trap I bought one installed it and the water leaking problem went away Basically my straight version of a water trap had failed over time The new s trap that you would find under your kitchen sink is working fine Thank you ventilationland

Great products, good pricing, clear ordering system, and shipped promptly by DPD (my favourite courier). Goods were shipped from the Netherlands, which added a day, but no complaints

The assistance given by a lady on your help desk to identify the items I needed was simply the best. I ordered the item, it arrived in under 48 hours, it was identical to the product I was replacing. And my equipment is now working perfectly. Good price, quality, original product. 1st class service.

They took payment and I never received my product, they kept emailing me different dates after a month the part still never arrived, I tried to contact them about it, however they kept sending me back order dates and then cancelled my order. Never received the part or my money back from them I had to go through my bank to get what was owed. *word of warning to anyone that wants to use them….DO NOT USE VentilationLand* Money grabbing crooks

Good range and pricing, and ordering process was seamless. Products ship from Holland (I'm in UK) so took a couple of days, but arrived bang on schedule

This is one of the worst web companies i have ever dealt with ever. They list products which are supposed to be instock, which suddenly become back order once youve placed your order. I then found out that they are not infact a UK based company as the website would suggest but they are infact based in the EU. They then shipped the order in 2 parts and i have just received notification from DPD that in order for them to release the shipments they require me to pay 2x£90! I have tried to contact this company, by phone, live chat and Whatsapp and they are totally unresponsive. DO NOT ORDER anything from them - you have been warned!

Items ordered with minimal of fuss and delivered quickly. Products appears to come from the Netherlands but there is full tracking for your.

Top quality steel benders from a great company. Well pleased for the price. These knock the spots off the cheap Amazon Chinesium ones I originally purchased off Amazon! My aircon unit was purchased on 28 May 2026 and was due to be delivered by Dachser logistics on 3rd June between 8-13h. The Dachser website shows it was delivered but not to our address! There is no possibility to contact Ventilationland. You have to email (which I did, titling it URGENT and non-delivery) and then hope for the best. You might or might not get a reply. It's highly annoying how little they care about customer service and promptly addressing issues. The unit was not in their stock and was shipped over from Holland. It was £650 so it's not nothing and now I'm having to chase the order and spend a lot of time to try and sort it out. Clearly, there is a huge problem with the supply chain followed by customer service.

Ordered various items which were all showing as in stock. Radio silence for days after money was taken. Sire advertised delivery period past and still no communication either voluntarily or in reply to my WhatsApps, emails and web form queries. An email them turns up to say items were out of stock and coming from a main warehouse but they couldn't tell me when. I've now requested a refund so we will see how long that takes to materialise.

Placed an order for some essential ventilation components on 17th March, with delivery scheduled for the 23rd - great all seemed to be going smoothly. Booked the job for just after to allow for time for things to arrive. The 23rd came and went, nothing arrived. Called ventilationland numerous times, all options on their phone number don't go anywhere. You cannot speak with a human. A single t piece was subsequently delivered from a large order. I contacted ventilationland to explain the situation numerous times. Including when I got the shipping notification saying the order weighed less than 1kg. They assured me the whole order has been sent. Another invoice was sent with a delivery date of 30/03/26. This day came and went with no sign of delivery. Customer service again was not contactable by phone. They stole my money and have not yet returned it, then have cost me loads in labour costs due to the wrong delivery dates. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered fans online for delivery Monday - didn’t arrive tried to contact by phone, answering machine saying please e mail - did so, no response & e mail not opened, whatsApp reply was delivery Friday, 600 mile round trip 4 days hire of a scissor lift job should have been completed, customer has been let down, I’ve had a wasted 4 days & had to return home I’ve had no other response other than to the WhatsApp question saying maybe delivery Friday. Not good enough, who pays for the return journey & scissor lift hire again? That is assuming the fans actually get delivered?

Ordered pipe and trunking. Needed to amend the order but telephone lines were closed down. Sent an email and WhatsApp to which they responded in 24 hours saying they would send a payment link. It’s now been a week and after multiple messages still no response. I understand it’s a busy time during the heatwave but it shouldn’t take a week to respond.

So far my delivery has been delayed by four/ five days so I cannot comment on the quality of the product. At the moment I am receiving regular updates on a delayed delivery.
