Their website was easy to use for an acrylic window seal, you just put in your measurements of the size you require. I liked that the hole for the extractor tube was already cut out, as I couldn’t find another company that did this. It was all well packaged so it arrived safely within a few days.
I can’t fault their customer service as I was missing a few glazing clips, so they sent out replacements for me.
Yes I would definitely recommend this company and use them again

Part of the order I have recieved was delivered, cut to required size and fitted with no alteration what so ever.The only let down on the rating is I have only recieved part of the order and I am unable to secure the product down with no advesive to do so .So I am more than happy with the product and being able to fit straight away with the least effort .Thank - you so much but hope not to be waiting for the rest of the order much longer ,sent the courier an email but got no reply .Good customer service dont you think!

Ordered 3 Perspex panels of slightly different sizes over a metre long and around 30 cm wide and with 2 drill holes each. One of the few sites which enabled drill holes to be exactly spaced as per my requirement. Panels were exactly cut and edged polished and still cheaper than other sites I looked at. Very pleased with purchase. Arrived well packaged and undamaged.

Disappointed experience when ordering polycarbonate product
A company based in Leeds Yorkshire ships its product from Netherlands via UPS. That was not clear on its website when ordering. My experience was that the cut out hole was not to dimensions required. In addition the delivery was delayed by 72 hours due to mis-sorting by UPS. After complaining I was sent a replacement however that too had incorrect dimensions for cut out. I have been forced to enlarge hole myself. It would have been useful to have been given opportunity to change dimensions in view of a + or - tolerance being applied to order which again was unclear to me.
