Part of the order I have recieved was delivered, cut to required size and fitted with no alteration what so ever.The only let down on the rating is I have only recieved part of the order and I am unable to secure the product down with no advesive to do so .So I am more than happy with the product and being able to fit straight away with the least effort .Thank - you so much but hope not to be waiting for the rest of the order much longer ,sent the courier an email but got no reply .Good customer service dont you think!

Easy to order from, and when received had been cut as per instructions. 👍🏻 Only issue was the delivery service by UPS, who were dreadful to deal with - given incorrect delivery date, and no easy way to contact them directly at depot to arrange safe place to leave order.👎🏻

Ordered 3 Perspex panels of slightly different sizes over a metre long and around 30 cm wide and with 2 drill holes each. One of the few sites which enabled drill holes to be exactly spaced as per my requirement. Panels were exactly cut and edged polished and still cheaper than other sites I looked at. Very pleased with purchase. Arrived well packaged and undamaged.

Ordering was a simple process. The sheet is of good quality and value for money. Works perfectly for my project. Had an issue with delivery service who delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately the delivery was bought to me by the person at the address. Meanwhile customer service were very helpful. Would I buy again? YES. Would I recommend? YES.

This is a true game-changer for anyone needing small quantities of sheet plastic. What counts to me isn't the price per square metre, but the price to complete my project. My previous suppliers have a minimum sheet 4' x 2'; expensive, wasteful, hard to cut small. I used up the modest minimum charge on plastic that suits my laser-cutter.

Excellent Customer CareI ordered a plexiglass panel cut to size complete with drilled hole. The panel was delivered on time by UPS courier and left by the back door as instructed if there was no reply.On inspection I noticed the packaging was damaged at one corner, on unpacking I discovered at the damaged corner that the plexiglass panel corner was broken off.As the panel's intended use was to be a window seal for a portable air conditioning unit the damaged panel was unacceptable.I followed protocol and and filed a damaged item report. I was informed that a new order was made and a new panel would be dispatched. After some days of non arrival of the item, I called Plastic Sheets customer care and told them of the problem, in which they agreed the parcel was lost and would open a missing parcel inquiry. I was then advised that a new order would be made and a replacement panel would be sent. In a short period of time I received a new undamaged intact panel.I fully realise that unforeseen problems can arise and that the essence lies in its rectification. In that I would like to commend the diligent way in which Plastic Sheets promptly and professionally corrected the issue. I would definitely recommend the company to any potential customer and would certainly use them again myself.

Easy to use website and fast delivery. Unfortunately, each side is scratched. It would have been better if one side at least had been covered with a protective film. I’ve had to order a self adhesive rubber sheet to smarten up one side.

The order wasn't dispatched until the day I selected to receive it, and is shipped from the Netherlands (which I wasn't told about when I paced the order) I had to call up to chase it every day for 3 days being told that it was being escalated and that I would be called back.Nobody calls back, in the end I had to get hold of UPS to try and track it down.I would avoid buying from this company again as the customer service wasn't great and paying extra to have it delivered on time and then it not arriving and being told this happens and not being offered a refund for the shipping or called back was disappointing.

Perfect size, delivered quickly and did what I needed it for

This review should be 4 stars at most but due to the fantastic customer service and post card received today apologising, plus offering a discount I’m more than happy to give 5 stars. Unfortunately the boards arrived damaged before they got delivered which I believe happened in transit from the delivery company. After sending the damage report a new board was sent asap and all was resolved. Would 100% use again

Fantastic products and easy to order. Quick to send them out. Cut exactly to specific measurements. However, for expensive and larger items - they were dispatched with a single small fragile sticker on one side of the long box , and absolutely no supportive packing material eg foam noodles card.. nothing to keep it safe and flat in transit. No surprises it arrived bent and damaged. They allow for a 10mm bend even if you want a replacement, which on a high sheen product seems alot as any warp is noticeable in light. Assured in the returns policy that id have a timely response, still waiting to hear bacl a week later. Will be unlikely to order again
