Bought tent box battery for my daughter and can’t fault the vendor for speed of service, super fast postage and great communication. The battery hasn’t been used as it’s for a Christmas. The only negative thing I have to add is the courier used. This item cost £199 and it was just left on our doorstep. I looked at the ring cam footage and they barely waited for anyone to answer and made no attempt to ask my neighbour across the landing to take the parcel. Please pick your couriers wisely

Item arrived scuffed in two places, contacted customer service, they sent a free returns label, no issue. I asked if they could send a replacement out next day once I forwarded confirmation that the item had been collected by Royal Mail (all tracked) and they refused - said they'd send it out first class once they'd received the damaged one back. I don't think this is great customer service - the better thing would have been to offer a replacement asap to avoid delaying our build and for the inconvenience that we have to return their damaged item. So some good parts, but some not so great. Expect better in 2026 when businesses are stepping up their game due to costs, etc.
