I contacted camper happy to see if they could track my part they were more than helpful in tabling me when the part had been delivered and where the post delivery had put the part froth photo that they had taken.

Camper happy came up in a search for a tailgate awning which wasn’t available anywhere else .. the price was very competitive with other similar products.. to the point I was questioning the quality of what I would receive.. in addition to this I was looking for another item which they had over 30% cheaper .. just received both items within a few days .. excellent quality.. and prompt delivery even over the Christmas/ New Year season.. a bit too cold right now for proper pitch of awning to show pics .. suffice to say I’ve seen enough camping products to appreciate the quality of these 😎

Item arrived scuffed in two places, contacted customer service, they sent a free returns label, no issue. I asked if they could send a replacement out next day once I forwarded confirmation that the item had been collected by Royal Mail (all tracked) and they refused - said they'd send it out first class once they'd received the damaged one back. I don't think this is great customer service - the better thing would have been to offer a replacement asap to avoid delaying our build and for the inconvenience that we have to return their damaged item. So some good parts, but some not so great. Expect better in 2026 when businesses are stepping up their game due to costs, etc.
