I had a problem with the delivery firm. They didn’t contact me to schedule delivery, but apparently turned up twice over the weekend and because I was out decided to return the parcel to the shop.
I phoned the shop and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, and sent me a replacement, without waiting to receive the original one back.i received that the next day. Top marks for the shop. Thanks

Bought tent box battery for my daughter and can’t fault the vendor for speed of service, super fast postage and great communication. The battery hasn’t been used as it’s for a Christmas. The only negative thing I have to add is the courier used. This item cost £199 and it was just left on our doorstep. I looked at the ring cam footage and they barely waited for anyone to answer and made no attempt to ask my neighbour across the landing to take the parcel. Please pick your couriers wisely
