I made an order and one of the items was not working so I contacted the company explaining this and their responsiveness was amazing. They tested a new unit and sent it to me within 24 hours which allowed my electrician to proceed within a tight timeline.

The team at Aten answered all my questions and were helpful with suggestions and even a simple diagram. I was only buy 2 items, but they could not have been better. This is the second project they have helped me with. I will go directly to them when the next lighting project comes along.

Well, other than exclude the carriage charge, I would say that Atenlighting were great. Able to provide a good selection of suitable lighting for marine use that were not ridiculously expensive as most marine rated equipment is. Once payment sorted ensured I was updated at every stage and delivery was quick.

I tested the bulbs before fitting as I was comparing them to others available on the market. I found the LED bulbs from Aten draw a steady power, i.e. current drops if volts increase. This means that the light level and heat output remain constant regardless of the battery state or whether an alternator is running. The bulbs also operate at a very low temperature, barely any warmer than my hand. The colour of light output is warm and relaxing. The light intensity is probably twice that of an equivalent size incandescent bulb. These LED bulbs were the best ones that I tested and are now installed. I hope, and expect, these bulbs will last a long time because of their low running temperature.

Thanks team, great great service, first light I ordered arrived by the post office with the package opened and bent at the switch end, one phone call to the office and another was sent out and arrived in 24 hours. Light is fitted and and a very gentle white light, dimmable to go with it.

They had a product I needed and no-one else had, good price too. Their customer service is better than most, I would be happy to recommend this company.

The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Very fast delivery and the transformer worked perfectly. The extra lead was stripped easily and I had the connectors ready. I am very pleased. My lights in the garden are working again.

Needed a MR8 replacement for a Christmas toy , the std halogen 12v 5w bulb had died finally , very hard to find as these are only 1" diameter , this lovely replacement LED version is perfect , nearly no heat probably twice as bright as the std halogen bulb , and by using the brilliant white version it has made the snowman figure with his optic fibre decorations look fantastic. These will work perfectly on AC or DC input as long as its 12v and the dimensions are exactly the same as the original , which was super important as the bulb has a small saddle to keep it in place below the rotating coloured disc that makes the optic fibres change colour. Expensive , YES , but so are everyones elses MR8's , also these look like Epistar LED modules ( The Snap On of LED makers ) from Japan so will last ages before dimming out. Approx 130 Lm compared to 60/80 Lm from std Halogen. Postage was fast even though its Xmas and packing was brilliant , a superb seller.

I ordered some pre cut lengths of aluminum profile for LED strip lights, delivery was fast and on time. Great communications too. Would recommend.

Really pleased with the 12v mini lights and dimmers from Aten. Fast service and delivery helped me get things organised ahead of a weekend of wiring in my campervan. Thank you!

I have used Aten several times for my Caravan LED lighting needs, Always efficient despatch and delivery of quality products. Perhaps not the cheapest on the market but good reliable quality, you do not need to buy again after a premature failure.

Great company and very good quality products. I changed my LED strip lights to 12v from cheap Temu 5v items and the difference is unbelievable
