Reviews:

Customer service was excellent and they took time to explain the workings of the unit I was about to purchase. And to reassure me that it would be compatible with my Awning.

Would be useful to get a sense of delivery time - is it 3-4 days or 1-2 weeks before committing to ordering. The reason for this is to ensure I am likely to be available to receive delivery whenever that might be.

I found the instructions quite difficult to follow especially the setting it to automatic mode. I did eventually find it in the manual. I also found trying to exist a menu to be quite clumbersome.

Straightforward process to purchase the correct device. Made clever use of the QR codes on the remote to identify correct device to connect to.

Excellent product delivered quickly. The only down side is the lack of provision of a T10 Torx tool for the screw.

You did well not being in the UK delivering swiftly.Well done

Our instructions in the manual said we should have a green flashing light - and our keys showed a red flashing light. Once we overcame that problem they were easy to programme.
