Your products and delivery skills are excellent however, your packing skills are lacking in consideration of the type of goods and the transportation method they will undertake. 3 heavy G-clamps were placed loose inside a large cardboard box and other fragile items, without any packaging or void-filling separation. The result was nothing short of a miracle as the box had burst and torn open in 3 places, leaving gaping holes for everything to fall out, which luckily, it didn't.
10 days from order placement to delivery only to find that the wrong item had been shipped (small 1/2" fittings instead of a 2" cam fitting). This caused us massive delays at site. The correct item was sent out within 24 hours of flagging the error and it arrived within 4 days, proving that shipping can be done in a suitable timeframe (when rectifying errors at least).
The only place I could find an economic solution to the problem. Good website and communication and the product does the job. FedEx said they tried to deliver in Friday, but I was in all day….delivered on Monday👍

could be quicker ordered friday arrived tuesday, amazon ordered on saturday arrived monday not with prime.
