Stocks and UK sales are all good, not at all happy that carriage paid orders have risen from £50.00 icl to £175exc. Also delivering everything from the NETHERLANDS with an extra estimated 5 days delivery on an industry that survives on next day deliveries is hard to explain to customers. Finally the estimated delivery date on back ordered items always seem to get pushed back time after time in particular at the moment for me is 12858.040.001, I have 6000 on order dating 16/04/26,01/05/26 and 29/07026 and still it is estimated and pushed back regularly. Apart from the points above, everything else is good especially the website.

Whilst we understand the need to increase carriage paid costs we think jumping form £40 to £175 ( highest carriage paid cost over all of our suppliers) is excessive and especially considering your delivery time has been extended. We used to get a really good service from Fabory but feel that's not what it was with increased costs and longer lead times, i think the excessive carriage paid has just prompted us to look elsewhere for items we would have previously purchased from Fabory

Product range is better than most suppliers although UNC and UNF should be available even if you need to wait extra time for Fabory to sourse.

Deliveries used to be next day if the items were in stock in the UK, but they now take up to four days. On top of that, the carriage charge has increased dramatically—from £40 to £175.00.

ORDERING ONLINE IS EASY ENOUGH, BUT THE HUGE INCREASE IN THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR CARRIAGE PAID IS A STUMBLING BLOCK.

Simply Online Orders do not get fulfilled for weeks and when chased emails are initially ignored. It shouldn't have to be this hard!!

Prices too high, delivery times too long, we can't match minimum order value...

always seem to have what i need , the only thing is sometimes i have to wait to get them from Holland 4-5 days
