Superb company made my task a lot easier.
I had a project at home to try and reduce the sound coming through my lounge ceiling from the flat above. I contacted Soundproofing Store as I liked the look of their website, and they were so helpful with their expert advice. I was advised by Steve Clements who helped me every step of the way with choosing the best products and advice regarding installation as I took on the task myself.
I also found the videos on their YouTube channel to be very helpful, and it was easy to arrange delivery for the day that I wanted.
Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks.

Very pleased with this product
We had found your company online while researching sound proofing and found the web site very clear and informative. We chose the “ProSound reducttoclip direct to solid wall system” having spoken to one of the sales team on the telephone and watching the installation video. Delivery was good and we found it straight forward to fit, step by step following the video instruction. As we are both retired we found some of the components heavy to work with. Since installation three months ago we have not heard our neighbours TV or visitors, it’s been great!

I had a very helpful call with the store prior to placing an online order.
All the materials turned up and were easy to understand with reference to the helpful videos online.
I was impressed with the system and very happy with the level of sound proofing it has provided.
I continued my sound proofing between floors and ordered the plasterboard from my local builders merchant as I needed a hyab lift onto the front garden.

Used this company three times now over a three year period to soundproof some walls in my house because of noisy neighbours.
Honestly the products really worked for me as all TV and voices can now not be heard.
The other point which is also of great importance is the company service..always willing to give advice and help whenever required.
Would not bother going elsewhere if soundproofing is your problem

6cm soundproofing in the bedroom
It’s made such a difference! Yes, you can still hear impact noise like running up and down the stairs, but loud shouting is really muffled and normal everyday noise is silent. But it’s also down to the people you hire too, they were used to installing soundproofing on new builds but not of this quality showing the steps to avoid noise leakage. They watched the video and did an amazing job. We are so happy that we had it installed.

ReductoClip Independent bedroom wall - excellent purchase
A good communication with Mike Shaw throughout via phone and email. All materials delivered by Gavin in one go to my home address and on time, really helpful. It took the two of us (materials are heavy and we had no prior such experience) to finally build an independent wall of just under 8 m^2 over several weekends (picture of a near finished wall is shown). The Soundproofing store Video + instructions in the manual were good enough to get us going. We used up most of the materials provided, only had to buy extra tubes of the acoustic sealant and the self-tapping screws. The new wall does a good job in reducing incoming noise from my neighbours. I would highly recommend this product !

Soundproofed my 30m2 Garden Recording Studio with their products. They priced up my needs (Reducto Clips and Furring Bars, 2 layers of soundproofing drywall, and mass loaded vinyl + all fixings) - And after finishing the job on my own after 3 months, there was very little excess. Good product, good sales support and rapid delivery timescales. Well done.

Band room acoustic is much improved
The sales experience was very professional and the staff very helpful.
We have installed 12 panels on the wall of our band room and have noticed a significant improvement in the acoustics.
Unfortunately your delivery driver did not phone just before he arrived as we had agreed and it was lucky that someone was already there to gain access.
