Great product - very helpful staff

I really liked the ability to have a chat with the staff as to what was best for my project, and the different ways to achieve it. My main concern was securing the panels to the wall so they wouldn't fall off without using glue. This I achieved by using heavy duty velcro and the panel clips supplied. The panels supplied are good quality, look great and have done a good job of stopping the excessive noise "reverb" we had in our meeting rooms. I also liked the fact that I was able to complete the project myself and way under the costs that we had quoted by another company for doing the job.

All of the Soundproofing Store team were extremely helpful and accommodating on the phone when I called in to get a quote and then to place my order. Communication with the logistics team about delivery, both on the day and beforehand, could have been better but this may actually have been an issue with a third party service provider?

After phoning and asking for advice I ordered sound proofing for my partition wall. It came in good time and of a high quality but after installing made no difference. Cost was expensive and have since had the joists insulated at half the cost .

Our interview rooms have an echo, but the cost of knocking them down and putting soundproof in would have been significant. My wife and I are both very sensitive to sound, and are always looking for ways to reduce unwanted noise in the home. We replaced our prior carpet with Soundmat 3 Plus as an underlay some months ago. The difference is night & day. If I lie on our garage floor as a quarry truck goes past on a nearby road, the room shakes as though a minor earthquake is occurring. In the rooms with Soundmat 3 Plus, you'd barely know there was a road. I cannot begin to quantify the reduction in disturbed sleep or stress this product has given us. Please never stop making it!

Soundproofing didn’t work in the slightest. Pretty simple to install but hasn’t made any difference to the noise element of things can still hear conversations from flat below at the same volume as before. Waste of money.

The soundproof system has been very successful, fulfilling all the requirements for our needs… virtually no sound is coming through either side of the partition now, for relatively little effort. We got some great advice and assistance in what to use and how to install it for maximum effect from the team there. I would recommend this product and the service.

First experience of designing and fitting a sound deadening situation. The assistance from the technical team was excellent. They were able to adapt solutions to fit the size, shape and purpose of the room (doctors surgery waiting room). Delivery on schedule and all fittings supplied.

The experience of dealing with soundproofing store was very good, excellent service and communication However delivery from their suppliers was not great due to the fact that the lorry had been packed wrong which meant that myself and the driver had to hand bale all of the insulation products off the back of the truck
