Bought a complicated RT2A cumulative switch which came with no instructions. Despite my efforts I could not make it work. Emailed support on a SATURDAY and got a response in a couple of hours with a Diagram that allowed me to make the switch work as I wanted. Ordered 3 more.

I Ordered The Wrong Switch By Mistake.
I ordered the wrong switch by mistake. I rang Sinolec after placing the order and spoke to Matthew, who was extremely helpful. He advised me which switch I required for my particular application, even quoting the switch type and code number by memory. I sent an email to confirm my order change. Matthew sent a quick reply informing me that my order had indeed been changed. The switch arrived very quickly and I cannot fault the excellent customer service.

GU4 lamp holder
Sinolec had the products I needed (GU4 lampholders…not easy to find) and they were exactly as needed. That part very good.
Only problem I experienced was delivery. Not Sinolec’s fault but DPD’s but having paid a premium for next day delivery, was disappointed to receive them three days later. In fairness, Sinolec did contact me to let me know of the delay but they were unable to compensate in any way. I did complain to DPD but no response at all.

Apologies for the delayed delivery, I’m not sure we were fully aware of the length of this delay but this would need to be taken up with the courier company during the delivery stage. Once delivered we cannot really complain to the courier company.
