Great at disposing rubble
Very fast delivery and for disposing rubble is extremely helpful, wouldn't use it for like of bits of timber ect., if you joining two or more section plastic ties are not sufficient and we had to use additional straps or small chains to joint section. Would make the product even better if it had eyes made every meter so you could adjust two section to desired length more easily. Apart from that this replaces plastic rubble chute at not lot of money.

It’s a great product. Easy to set up. Chute is robust, took tile waste with no ripping. Cheaper than hiring

Great item at a very reasonable price, arrived in a good timescale, good communication.

Still too easily torn even by wood with no nails.

All good done the job , happy with product

Used to move topsoil from the driveway to a lower patio raised bed. Once I managed to work out how to attach it at the bucket end it worked brilliantly. Real back saver.

Adequate but not great
It sent with cable ties not any decent fasteners that connect to pieces together. The cable ties are weak and failed quickly. This meant the whole thing had to be set set up once again. Which was very frustrating. Also the material cuts easy.

Ordered Wednesday 3pm for what I thought would be delivery 2 working days. Still nothing by Tuesday so I had to email to ask where it was. Poor communication….
Now trying to work from scaffold without a chute.
Costly and time consuming. Would not recommend

Hi Samuel,
Really sorry to read this, and completely understandable that it delayed your work.
We only heard from DPD today that a sorting error had occurred, which is why your parcel got stuck. As soon as we found out, we informed all affected customers with the choice of a new delivery or a credit. We realise this came too late for you, and that you had to chase the information yourself.
We'll follow up with you directly by email to sort this out for you.
Thank you for your patience, and apologies for the lost working time.
