I needed an infrared panel of a particular size and power to replace an old one that had failed and found that Agadon listed it as a product they could supply. Although they didn't have it in stock when I contacted them to check its suitability, they managed to supply one much more quickly than they originally estimated and our orangery was cosy again in time for the snow.

Absolutely shocking service provided by Agadon radiators! Firstly had to wait nearly a month to receive a radiator then the order was wrong with cheap radiators valve sent out £20 vs £90 no contact from Agadon tried numerous method of contact phoned, emailed, emailed again phoned again...nothing. I understand the situation with Covid but feel slightly ripped email always works. Avoid this company.

It can be hard with covid-19 and the phones. If staff are missing then it causes a longer wait. I know allot of companies have turned off phone responses which we are trying not to do. Please make sure when sending emails they dont go back to website@ this is not a mail box it just sends out the order. Please use orders@agadon.co.uk or one of the sales girls who can quickly sort this is georgia@agadon.co.uk

Having had another radiator towel rail previously I ordered this one with confidence, however on arrival it was rusty, how that happened I’m at at loss to determine, I can only think it’s been stored in wet conditions. Luckily most of the rust I was able to remove with cleaner, but small deposits remain.

Wasted my time. If in don’t have the product in stock - then tell your customers before you accept the order. Secondly- when you say you’re going email your customer it’s then courteous to them to send one.

Product is excellent. Third one we have bought. Packaging for posting needs sorting out. All three packages have been damaged and I have told you about this previously. Sure luck that there is no damage.

Poor experience so far, have placed an order for 3 x radiators and only part delivery received on time, still waiting for outstanding delivery of 2 x radiators after more than a week and customer service is not helpful and fail to contact customers back after saying they would get in touch with an update.
