Very easy to do busness

I ordered 2 radiators and 2sets of valves. You confirmed the 2 radiators but only 1 set of valves. The next day (at midday) you confirmed delivery would be made between 8;00am and 8.00pm but didn’t give a day. You gave a tracking number which wasn’t recognised by the link. The delivery company never picked up and a pre-recoded message said I was number 97 in the queue to be answered! I called your company on 3 occasions and twice you representative said she would find out what’s going on and call back, but she didn’t! On the third call you said the delivery company couldn’t dind part of the order. It was then 8 days into a 1-3 day order to delivery time so I cancelled but I’m still waiting for the funds to be returned. So you cannot be surprised about my ‘1’rating.

Order was easy to place. Still have not received my radiator, but the company was closed until 2nd January, so hopefully it will arrive soon,

Arrived very well packaged and delivered on the day stated in the e-mail. I managed to fit it myself but needed help to get the side panel fitted back into position. I’m very happy with my purchase.
