Ordered initially 3 WiFi switch products and order delivered promptly and on time. Had a bit of teething problems with working out how to link hallway and upstairs lights with separate cupboard and external light off a 3 gang, 2 gang and 1 gang combination. Not realised how clever the app is in setting up each switch on each gang. Chris from the support team helped enormously including creating a specific diagram based on my somewhat simple version not being an electrician. From that my electrician was able to install very quickly and works great as a physical switch system, from a mobile using their app, and linked to Alexa via voice. Have now ordered more products to complete my current house renovation but will be ordering even more to replace the myriad of plug sockets I have with separate WiFi switches plugged in. So glad I found this company.

Very quick to turn around an order and get it delivered. Also very good at picking up and answering queries could perhaps give a little more detail on the website about detailed differences between switches in the same range e.g. wifi glass switches all have selectable gang position light except for dimmer switch which doesn’t. However, I’ve had several light switches now over a few orders and will probably be back for another few. Due to these switches and customer service, what started as an intention to change a couple of switches to see what they’re like, has quickly become a replacement of most switches in the house.

I had difficulty pairing a new wifi sensor device, I emailed them and they responded by phoning me and offering suggestions which worked. really pleased with their response and outcome.
