I had no problems with placing and paying for my goods. The item was shipped by a next day delivery and when it arrived, I was impressed by how well it was packaged. I did have a query with the item, but all it took was a two minute phone call to put me straight. Overall, I have no issues in recommending SealCo-Scotland. I spoke to a lovely lady called Shereen on Friday who helped me identify the correct lock for my front door. I needed the lock quickly as I had new tenants moving in on the Monday, so after checking they had it in stock she transferred me to Michael who ensured to order went throught ok and ensured I didn't over pay on shipping. He then processed the order and made sure it was dispatched that afternoon. I then contacted FedEx and agreed to collect Monday morning from their depot and I fitted the lock that morning in time for my new tenants. Everything ran like clockwork and everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I can't thank them enough. First class service.

Have dealt with Sealco for a few years, quality service and usually prompt next day delivery, but not sure if they have moved to another courier as our last delivery took longer to arrive

Ordered part Saturday received it Tuesday exact part for what I needed.

Very easy and professional company to deal with and first rate after sales service.

Price was a little higher than on ebay, and considerably higher than on european websites, Postage was a lot higher than ebay ( free postage),however pleased with item, also delivery from european websites was longer, Tracking was not great and item packaging damaged but product fine.

As described, arrived on time and most importantly the right money .

Emailed me with info. on correct keepers for a wooden door that are different for upvc type.

Michael has been fantastic, I ordered a replacement lock for my door, turned out to be incorrect (my fault) and Michael has bent over backwards to help me put the order right and arrange a return. 10/10 for service, very impressed and would highly recommend.

Excellent service, very quick delivery and quality item

I purchased a replacement door set for UPVC door 8 weeks ago (from date of this review) and the service and advice I received was excellent. So credit where it’s due and I left a positive review. 8 weeks later….. the lock failed and poor step dad was panicking as he couldn’t lock his back door. I went over removed and refitted couldn’t identify the fault - it certainly wasn’t functioning correctly. I contacted tech at the manufacturer and they advised that something inside the mechanism had probably failed and would need replacing. I located my order details, contacted Sealco and was expecting the worst, but without question or hesitation, Michael said “we’ve got it in stock and send you out a new one today” Within the hour I had tracking from FedEx and delivery should be next day. What can I say except a faultless service from start to finish - thank you Sealco Scotland

I ordered just one strip of brush draught proofing. A difficult item to find, it was better value any other. Communication and delivery were excellent.
