Winkhaus Locking in my mind, are quite a difficult product to order, as a private buyer,
Shereen & others involved in my ordering the correct model were vutery helpful.
They had the correct item on their shelf, being an older model. l was very fortunate to obtain one.
l would like to personally add that an exchanged lock with deliveries were not charged for, l'am very grateful for that.
They come highly recommended, some transactions 2nd time round have to to be charged, l get that.
But for there due diligence on obtaining the correct locking devise for myself. Which has now been fitted and operating very well. Thank-you very much for this, alan, a.

Replacement Lock is good - exact match as required, at a good price.
Downside was the delivery from FedEx, supposed to be next day and confirmed that would be last Monday. However having waited all day last Monday, eventually received an email at 16.50 saying that delivery wouldn’t be attempted. It did arrive on Tuesday, but extremely disappointing to waste a day.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Shereen on Friday who helped me identify the correct lock for my front door. I needed the lock quickly as I had new tenants moving in on the Monday, so after checking they had it in stock she transferred me to Michael who ensured to order went throught ok and ensured I didn't over pay on shipping. He then processed the order and made sure it was dispatched that afternoon. I then contacted FedEx and agreed to collect Monday morning from their depot and I fitted the lock that morning in time for my new tenants. Everything ran like clockwork and everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I can't thank them enough. First class service.
