I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Samsung bits come from France!
Was not until the order had been placed that I was made aware that the drain pump for my Samsung / Ecobubble was coming from France. (All u-tube entries indicated that this was the problem). However the pump arrived after 4 days and was duly fitted - (Part was as described but did not solve the problem / engineer subsequently attended) - engineer indicated that the mother board was faulty and not economical to replace.
New Bosch washing machine being fitted today.

The parts I ordered fitted my vacuum perfectly. Appear to be genuine Nilfisk spares.
Had ordered a cheap replacement hoover shaft from ebay, it did't really fit properly. Should have just went straight to fix part.
Price of the spares @ fix part is nearly what I paid for my vac back in the day. £70! She's be well cared for bags & filters changed regularly.
If I went to internet to buy same model of vacuum again as was suggested by my daughter, same 1 is on @ £289.00!

Very pleased to find the spare part I needed for my hoover (Much better site and service than the actual Hoover one)
Address section could be better- eg put house name or number in box., not a separate box for house name.

Very good fast delivery. Initially had an issue paying as didn’t say it wouldn’t except a debit card just kept emailing the next day saying sale wasn’t complete but as soon as I used a credit card it was fine .
