Saved my Christmas!
It is not an easy task trying to find a replacement oven seal when your integrated range cooker has no sign of a model number anywhere. Fixpart was one of the few websites which not only helped me narrow down my search but offered next day delivery close to Christmas. It arrived the very next day and although a bit of a shot in the dark as to the model I managed to fit it and it works perfectly. After the old seal fell off my oven was taking forever to cook anything so our Christmas dinner was saved! Thank you for a helpful website and reliable service at a good price.
Perfect fit replacement part. Arrived well packed and within a few days from France. I was replacing a Bosch fridge door handle and I can see no difference between that and the original. Keep your screws though because it doesn’t come with fittings, just the handle.
Excellent product search on site found what I needed with no hassle, purchased item and was amazed it would be delivered within 3 days and guess what it was brilliant so this is a completely unique and professional company who know how to do the job right thanks fix a part.

Just bear in mind this item does not come with the lamp holder & will need to be swapped from the old motor.
Also the speed control wires were in a different order to the one that came off- a bit confusing but an easy fix to match the wire colours.
Washing machine part
I ordered my washing machine part on Wednesday lunchtime and received my part 2 days later on Friday lunchtime. 2 hours later the washing machine was repaired and running again making it unnecessary for now to buy a new washing machine.
Good website with model numbers and in my case even has different arrangement numbers within my model number to ensure I specify the correct part. Alas, in common with other online repairers now, no telephone part support. Everything automated. Being new to Fixpart rather sceptical at first as part coming from abroad for a UK company although manufactured in Poland, I believe. Track and trace nothing much happened on the first day but suddenly on the second day everything seemed to happen at once and I was re-assured by DPD you were going to deliver my order in time.
Query for the future - Will small packages from abroad to UK be subject to customs duty and/or customs delay?
For me, Fixpart worked well this time as it is unlikely I could have received the part any quicker using a UK based online parts retailer.
Perfect splash guard for my Kenwood mixer, it fits better than the original so hopefully it won’t keep ending up on the floor.
I didn’t get any tracking info so it was a surprise when the parcel turned up. This was fine for me as it arrived without any problems, but might have been useful had anything gone wrong.

Replacement motor for Miele appliance was delivered in amazingly short time, considering it was imported from Europe. However, I should say that I was unable to access the motor compartment; it seems to be secured by something other than screws. Seeking help from local repair shop.

Got just the right part based on make model
I put in my model number for a part for Delonghi coffee machine, the list of parts was displayed. Ordered very easily with options of cheaper being available, naturally I went with most economical. Was delivered in a few days, part was totally right for my machine, fitted and now as good as new

The range of spares was fully represented, referenced by the machine model number (including where to find it) and pictured, along with a short video on how to fit it. Selection and ordering were straightforward. Part was received quickly and fitted promptly. It's the right part - hooray!

Found fixpart after going through lots of sites for glass to our fridge they all said that’s the ones but fixpart supplied the glass and they fitted perfectly and if I need anything else I will come back to fixpart.

Delivery was fast even from out of the country. Pretty high price for the microswitch and it needed a slight bend in a terminal to fit properly. But the pressure washer works now and it was good to be sure it was the correct voltage for the device.
A brilliant service, was great to be able to identify the part I needed with guidance then on which matched my specific appliance-after previously purchasing the wrong part from another site this was very welcome!

Good company bad customer service
The company provides many parts for different appliances. The delivery is quick and prices reasonable.
The only problem is that the only way to contact customer service is via email and in my experience the reply came after more 2 weeks ! and after the order was already delivered !!
There must be a quicker way to be in touch and a phone number would be very helpful
Right part for the job
The drive belt for my hotpoint tumble dryer broke so I thought I’d have a go replacing it. The Fix Part Website was very helpful and I was able to buy the right part. Price was good and it was delivered in a couple of days. Tumble dryer is now working
