Seem to carry a decent range of high quality products and delivered my new water pump quickly. I would have liked higher quality guidance from the web site about (i) pressure drops across intake filters and (ii) thread types for the various parts on offer (BSPT vs BSPP). Their range of inline filters is also very limited. The one they supplied as part of a kit simply wasn't suitable for use as an intake filter in my application (pumping river water) but this wasn't obvious from the web site description.

I sent Philip at Customer Services details of what I needed to be able to do. He sent me information on the suggested pump plus details of all the various extra items and fittings that I needed. I placed the order on their website and everything arrived 2 days later. I then put it all together, half expecting something would be missing, but I had everything I needed and nothing surplus. Great service and the pump works brilliantly!

I cannot fault the advice I was given which,incidentally recommended the most modestly priced pump: nor can I fault the delivery time. The pump itself is excellent and is just what I needed. My only criticism is that being of German design it has two round pin plug . Finding a suitable 13th amp converter was slightly more tricky than I thought. I suggest a plug is included.

Bought a water pump which was delivered. On opening I noticed a part was broken. They offered to send the replacement part provided I could replace the part myself. Only trouble was on further inspection I noticed the feet were also broken. Obviously the item had been dropped whilst in the box probably during delivery. Anyway as soon as I mentioned this to waterpump they immediately sent me a new one. I am very happy with the service provided and would fully recommend this company.

Ordered 2 of the T.I.P GP 3000 pumps recently, delivery was fast. One of the pumps had an issue and after emailing they responded promptly and asked for video to prove issue which wasn’t possible but they replaced within a few days and no drama or issues. Submersible Pump Arrived on time, Worked as expected. Good all-round service. To improve the the service ,as supplied to the Uk. It would be a great improvement to fit to the power line, a UK plug. Most pumps Like the one I ordered are installed externally. Most UK external fixed sockets do not have room for an adapter plug as the depth of the waterproof lid is not deep enough. And because of this I have had to find away to fix the plug in a larger waterproof cover. I was informed that if I change the foreign electric plug to a UK plug this would affect my warranty. Which seems unfair and was not highlighted on the specification. This would be a very easy thing to do and save the customer a great deal of time and money ,having to to adapt the external UK sockets. so that they fit the adapter plug Water Pump supplied. This obviously, could not be used externally without being sealed. Request water pump.co.uk. please reply.

Customer service was excellent - helped with my enquiry by email and sorted the best pump for my purposes no problem. Delivery was very quick. Dropped a star because it would have been very useful to know that the pump has a European plug. This is not mentioned anywhere. As it will be going into a sealed socket and will not fit using an adapter, this will need some additional messing about to make it work. But overall very happy and great company to work with.

after replying to an out of hours email I sent, I received the tech info the following morning at 0745, who I subsequently learned was a German chap working out of The Netherlands and so was 1 hour ahead. Still the customer service was good and after I placed the order about midday, I received the desired pump assy the next morning. Good all round thanks

They were very helpful in advising which pump to go for and other related questions. I wanted to return an item, but they said I could keep it and they repaid the cost. Delivery was fast too. Would Highly recommend Waterpump.co.uk

The delivery arrived quickly. My only comment would be that it would be helpful to know that the item had been dispatched, but it was a very pleasant surprise to get it so quickly. It was a perfect replacement for something that we needed quite quickly.

Pump came very quickly within 24 hours. The supplied connectors were plastic and of poor quality. Impossible to connect the float without cross threading. I had to purchase two brass connectors with clamps. Website confusing about the connectors needed. I paid for fitments which were not appropriate for the pump. Pump is supplied with a two pin plug and a converter to three pin. However with the combined converter it would not fit my waterproof box. So much easier if the pump came with a UK pump. Pump tested and works well.

The pump arrives promptly and was required for the water butt. Very good pressure. Only down side was the plug was 2 pin that needed the adapter supplied. This adapter is large and would not plug in to an outside wall socket.

I had a couple of queries about the particular pump I wanted and Mariek and David were incredibly patient snd helpful. The pump itself arrived on time and exactly as ordered. Definitely worth recommending these guys.

Pump delivered quickly. Very easy to set up and use. Clear instructions.. pump draws the water from our well and powers. Our garden sprinkler very very well. Pump shut off automatically when the well ran dry one day..

It is a powerful pump that do the job excellently I am pumping dirty water through several filters from the gully and water my garden I have two sprinklers running at the same time. Happy customer 👍

We needed to replace our pump in the RWH tank, the previous one had been replaced three times in 8 years! They don't like being used with a misting system in the greenhouse. ChatGPT recommended a DAB model. These guys were top of pile and offered a good price (Obviously RRP minimum pricing applies?) however you can pay a lot more. Ordered Tuesday arrived within a day or two. Fingers crossed this lasts longer than a couple of years!

I had some questions about what sort of pump I should get for my well and these were quickly answered and I was given good advice. Pump is now installed in my well and it works very well. Very happy.
