Great customer service
Bought a water pump which was delivered. On opening I noticed a part was broken. They offered to send the replacement part provided I could replace the part myself. Only trouble was on further inspection I noticed the feet were also broken. Obviously the item had been dropped whilst in the box probably during delivery. Anyway as soon as I mentioned this to waterpump they immediately sent me a new one. I am very happy with the service provided and would fully recommend this company.

To improve the the service ,as supplied to the Uk. It would be a great improvement to fit to the power line, a UK plug. Most pumps Like the one I ordered are installed externally. Most UK external fixed sockets do not have room for an adapter plug as the depth of the waterproof lid is not deep enough. And because of this I have had to find away to fix the plug in a larger waterproof cover. I was informed that if I change the foreign electric plug to a UK plug this would affect my warranty. Which seems unfair and was not highlighted on the specification. This would be a very easy thing to do and save the customer a great deal of time and money ,having to to adapt the external UK sockets. so that they fit the adapter plug Water Pump supplied. This obviously, could not be used externally without being sealed. Request water pump.co.uk. please reply.

Great - but the wrong plug!!
Customer service was excellent - helped with my enquiry by email and sorted the best pump for my purposes no problem. Delivery was very quick. Dropped a star because it would have been very useful to know that the pump has a European plug. This is not mentioned anywhere. As it will be going into a sealed socket and will not fit using an adapter, this will need some additional messing about to make it work. But overall very happy and great company to work with.
