Key Plus Point was that item was in stock but rest not so good.
Key plus point was that the item I needed was available and in stock. A few negative costs - £52 for a fridge door handle WOW!!, very difficult to find item on website as search box had limited functionality and there was an awful lot of numbers to look through, did send a message asking for help and got a reply after a couple of days advising they were behind in replying to messages and did I still need info, video showing how to fit handle was totally inaccurate, handle received was not actually complete and two small parts needed to be transferred from the broken handle to the new. Not "possibly" but DEFINITELY could have been better.
The supplied Pressure Cooker seal was the correct, as advertised, Original Tefal replacement product. The packaging was excellent, if a little excessive, as the outer cardboard box containing the seal, in its Tefal retail package, was far larger than necessary. However, this ensured the seal remained flat. Delivery was quick, only taking a day longer than the estimated delivery date. Tracking information possibly implied the seal was posted in Europe rather than the UK. Rather expensive item, but happy it's the correct part. Many thanks!
Excellent, looked it up on line. U tube showed me how to fit it. First search you came up _ easy to order - sent with reliable company. Received and fitted on same day. If a 65yrs old woman with a screwdriver and pointed plyers can do it ANYONE can. As we say in Uk 'Don't try don't get'.

DeLonghi spare LatteCrema Milk carafe
I had been unsuccessfully trying to buy a spare milk carafe for my Magnifica Plus for the last 6 months so I could use one for non-dairy drinks. Even DeLonghi couldn't supply one for this model.
I was so pleased when I found this site had such a comprehensive list of genuine parts for so many different appliances that I bought two!
This site will now be my first point of search for any spare parts I require in the future. Well done.
Was a bit pricey but they had what I needed and do respond to emails
Fixpart was the only place I could find the part I needed! however it was pretty expensive really plus shipping but I wanted the part so purchased from them.
They quote around 3 days for delivery, but was over a week before it was delivered, but to be fair once I chased up they did respond very promptly and the item was delivered within a day or two.
Overall a genuine company, item was as described and have quick customer service.
Very please with the speed and ease of finding the correct part and receiving delivery the following day !. Delivery was by DPD who were also excellent keeping me informed regarding progress of delivery . Shame P&P was not inclusive as this does add to the price of replacing the part and needs to be factored in when comparing prices from other suppliers . Would definitely use this company again !

You had exactly the part I needed to repair a tired and broken but still working well old Siemens machine. It was easy enough to find what I needed using the machine serial number and you offered not only an original part but some cheaper, after market alternatives that you showed as being compatible. The part arrived in good time and I fitted it yesterday. Works perfectly and keeps our old machine going.

I was not sure whether the Freezer compartment Icemaker Part I wanted, was correct but decided to go ahead with a purchase.
Throughout the process I was kept informed albeit the delivery Instruction updates were all in Italian!
I speak a little German & French but this was new to me. Using a translator I managed to get by.
The part was delivered safely, it was very well packed to protect the part, I fitted it & am pleased that my freezer is once again producing ice, Thank you.

I was not sure whether I was ordering the correct part but decided to take a chance placing an order.
Throughout the process, I was kept informed albeit receiving posting delivery instructions in Italian which I did manage to use Google Translate to understand.
I speak a little German & French but this was new to me but we got there eventually.
The part arrived, I fitted it and I am pleased to inform you that my Fridge/Freezer is now producing ice again.

Air condition unit part
I was looking for a part for my aircon unit and it was incredibly difficult to find. No one else had it except Fixpart. Not only did they have it in stock but it arrived on my doorstep within a week from France. A brilliant company I can highly recommend.
Oven door glass but not without problems
Ordered oven door glass which was broken when it arrived. After several days a replacement was sent. Understandably photo of the damage were requested and sent, after several days photos were asked for again. This unnecessarily delayed the dispatch of the replacement glass. It was evident from the initial photos that new glas was needed and it should have been resolved more quickly.

I bought a new HiSense fridge, incredibly roomy but with only three shelves - lots of wasted space. I found a suitable (additional) shelf on FixPart website very easily. I am elderly with limited vision. When I sent Fixpart an email, looking to replace parts on my cookernhood, the response was first class. Instructions as to where to find the model, as I had no idea, then after sending the required information, an immediate reply with diagrams of my cookerhood. I was able to identify and order the part from the information supplied. Received immediate communication that part was being shipped. Arrived safely and I was able to replace. Package missing because delivery address form broken
1. The delivery address part of ordering process asks for a house number, if you don't have one, you're prompted to add your house name into an additional info box, this never gets put on the label.
Improve by combining the house number and name into one field and ensure it's printed on the label.
2. Support staff parroted the tracking information when I queried why the 24 hour delivery was still missing after 4 days. I had to call Royal Mail to find out the package is stuck because it doesn't have a house name.
Improve by asking more questions to gain insight into the issue before replying with information I already knew.
3. The part was sent by Royal Mail which is currently experiencing problems just delivering anything successfully. Royal Mail also has a huge wait time when calling for help. Improve by choosing a reputable carrier.
I will update this review should the issue be resolved amicably.
Oven door glass replacement
Very quick delivery - ordered early evening 29th December, delivered morning 2nd January. Item was very well packed and exactly what was ordered and needed. Did see same item elsewhere at nearly half the price but was out of stock. Other slight negative is that the web address lead me to believe company was UK based but is not. Overall very happy to have obtained genuine replacement quickly.
I had smashed the inner door to my Bosch oven. I mistakenly order a middle door so reordered the correct part and sent incorrect item back. Responses from FixPart were swift as was the service as to was the refund for the incorrect order which was my mistake. Overall very efficient service even during the approach to the Christmas period. Ten out of ten for delivery of parts return item and refund. Couldn’t ask for a more efficient service.
I required beaters to replace ones which I broke on my Kenwood food mixer. Your website informed me of the exact part I needed. I ordered it and it arrived promptly. Guess what? It was the exact part I needed. Other websites showedmpictures of various beaters but nothing exact and I cannot guess.
