Package missing because delivery address form broken
1. The delivery address part of ordering process asks for a house number, if you don't have one, you're prompted to add your house name into an additional info box, this never gets put on the label.
Improve by combining the house number and name into one field and ensure it's printed on the label.
2. Support staff parroted the tracking information when I queried why the 24 hour delivery was still missing after 4 days. I had to call Royal Mail to find out the package is stuck because it doesn't have a house name.
Improve by asking more questions to gain insight into the issue before replying with information I already knew.
3. The part was sent by Royal Mail which is currently experiencing problems just delivering anything successfully. Royal Mail also has a huge wait time when calling for help. Improve by choosing a reputable carrier.

Oven door glass replacement
Very quick delivery - ordered early evening 29th December, delivered morning 2nd January. Item was very well packed and exactly what was ordered and needed. Did see same item elsewhere at nearly half the price but was out of stock. Other slight negative is that the web address lead me to believe company was UK based but is not. Overall very happy to have obtained genuine replacement quickly.
I had smashed the inner door to my Bosch oven. I mistakenly order a middle door so reordered the correct part and sent incorrect item back. Responses from FixPart were swift as was the service as to was the refund for the incorrect order which was my mistake. Overall very efficient service even during the approach to the Christmas period. Ten out of ten for delivery of parts return item and refund. Couldn’t ask for a more efficient service.
I required beaters to replace ones which I broke on my Kenwood food mixer. Your website informed me of the exact part I needed. I ordered it and it arrived promptly. Guess what? It was the exact part I needed. Other websites showedmpictures of various beaters but nothing exact and I cannot guess.

Got the part number off the part serched online this firm came up with stock, average price with 3 day delivery, and they stuck to their word, good as their word it came Saturday morning five minutes fitting the new motor to the combi oven, back up and running, nice one.

Rangemaster cooker hood control panel replacement part
The push button control panel of my Rangemaster cooker hood had failed. I searched online for a replacement part. Rangemaster could no longer supply the part. Your website came up trumps with photos so that I was able to confirm that the part was correct and the price reasonable. Delivery was swift and packaging secure. The new part was strait forward to fit and works well. The design has been changed slightly to improve robustness so it is win-win all-round. Many thanks.
After thinking I’d need a new dishwasher as mine is an old Cooke & Lewis, I found the equivalent on Fixpart website, ordered and paid delivered in 2 days, perfect, working like new again. I would definitely recommend this company. Well done for keeping it simple ✔️

bulb holder
The item you sell is a bulb holder, bub and cover glass for a Samsung oven.
I only wanted the glass. Others also wanted only the glass but had to buy the whole thing. you could do better by making the glass available separately.
Otherwise the bits fitted perfectly.

The part we needed for our Delonghi coffee machine doesn't seem to be stocked in the UK, but FixPart were able to order us the part direct from Italy! Quality is better than the original, seems more like enamel than the plastic coating on the original. DPD tried delivering to the wrong address first time, but got it right the second time.
Easy to find part for my mini fridge
Had a mini fridge for a very long time and the shelf broke. Wasn’t sure where to buy a new one from but after a quick google search these guys came up. Was easy to find the part I needed with the serial number and fitted perfectly. Arrived when it said it would and fitted perfectly!
When I purchased the item the delivery if the order was made before a certain time was shown as 1 to 3 days with it being next day despatched. I did order it well before the cut off but when I received notification it was being despatched the tracking didn't work. The tracking did eventually work 2 days later where it showed my item in France so clearly it wasn't going to reach me within the time stated. I contact about this but have had no response. When I was looking at buying this item the delivery was a key factor which I didn't get. It arrived 3 days later, it well packaged and did work. The item was okay but the service not so much.

You did a really efficient job and the excellent product arrived in my country, locally, the very next day, Saturday. Royal Mail then managed to keep me waiting until Wednesday to deliver it. Absolutely not your problem. I would definitely order from you again.

Amazing service
I had an accident with the bottom shelf of the freezer part of my LG American style Fridge/Freezer. FixPart were so helpful. Sent me an exploded view of all the parts and zi was able to order exact shelf which arrived 2 days later.
I ordered the part with a delivery time of 4 days it came in 2. Fantastic I was able to fit it immediately and get rid of the annoying warning sound.
