I liked the fact that I couldn't find the charger anywhere else though could have thrown in a converter since it came with european plug (two prong) thou managed to source one easily enough. Very expensive could have bought another shaver for the price I paid but wanted to use the one I had rather than have two shavers and could only charge one of them. Pity shavers don't have the standard USB-C socket would save having a collection of shaver charging cables ;-)

I was looking for an external cooker wire box because mine actually blew up on the cooker.I really thought I would need a new cooker I was looking for a part to replace the old one and I clicked on this site scrolled through their spare parts and there was my part number.Wow it was cheaper than I thought.It arrived the next day just as they promised.It was a perfect match.They made my day.I would defo use again.And heartily recommend the firm.

The door interlock on my washing machine was faulty - the site made it easy to search and find the correct genuine part and it even had a good 3video on how to install the replacement. The part was dispatched and arrived promptly and it was well packaged. The only negative part of the whole experience was the choice of courier; DPD decided they couldn't be bothered to deliver it to my house and decided to dump it at the local premier shop up the road instead...

Very easy to navigate their website to locate the part I needed; a tumble dryer heat exchanger. Placed the order and 3 days later the correct part arrived, properly packaged and in one piece. Quite different to another online retailer I used, which took 5-6 weeks to arrive and was broken in half due to hopelessly inadequate packaging.

Ordered a replacement drawer for a candy dishwasher. Part arrived. It's the part we ordered and needed. All good. No wires because they need the ones coming out of your dishwasher. The only issue was the fixing of the drawer. Nothing to do with the part. I would love to have seen an installation video of a candy dishwasher. It didn't just pop in!

Best price online and easy to find parts required. Ordering was simple, dispatch really quick and delivery also. Very well packaged. The items (x3 freezer drawer fronts) fit perfectly. I was amused that the Fast Freeze drawer front wording is upside down for me, but it's a generic part and must fit multiple freezers. Excellent quality. Excellent service. Happy days!

Fix Part were excellent from start to finish in making sure I ordered the correct part. Very quick to respond to my questions and sent me a link to the correct part to order to solve my problem with my washer/drier. I would definitely use Fix Part in the future as my first port of call for any problems with my appliances and would recommend them to anyone looking to fix their own appliances.

Right before I moved out one of my fridge shelves snapped and I was concerned about getting my deposite back. It was an unusual brand and the shelf was very specific. After a lot of research I found this website and was thrilled, it was quick delivery and exactly what I needed - so I am getting my deposit back! I’d highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Wrong part initially ordered but all sorted via email and refunded in good time. Great email communication to ensure we were ordering the correct part second time around. Correct part arrived promptly. Cost of genuine part was very competitive compared to other providers.Would definitely recommend.

T There was no problem with the product i ordered, however it was stated it would be delivered in 2 to 4 working days the order was placed on 3rd June, I received an email on the 15th June stating that my order had been handed to Royal Mail and was delivered on the 16th i emailed with a request asking what had happened to the 2 to 4 days on the 13th June ans have had no response but it looks like the product was only dispachted after my email?

We bought a replacement pipe for our dishwasher from our local hardware store, but unfortunately it didn't fit and we were unable to return it as we had tried to fit it. I found this site and ordered the pipe using the model number from our dishwasher and it was delivered within 2 days and was a perfect replacement. Would definitely order spares from here again. Washing machine not draining. Replacement drain pump ordered in hopeful anticipation that this would work. Fitted in 30 minutes and back up and running to clear the extensive backlog of washing. Part exact replica to what was removed from Samsung washing machine. Great result. Would definitely use again.

I have only given Fixpart three stars for a particular reason. Their website is brilliant, easy to use and very comprehensive. Ordering and paying is simple, straightforward. Whilst postage appears to be expensive my items arrived next day via DPD. My items were adequately packaged/wrapped to withstand the rigours of carriage. Where their service was really poor was in not receiving any meaningful response to my query over a specific item - stock number provided. I put in a request for help/assistance on three seperate occasions and all I ever received was the standard automated response acknowledging my sbmission. This concern do not deserve to get any business based on this aspect of their service.

Excellent service and delivery. I needed some help to ensure that the part I was buying was compatible with my Bosch fridge freezer. An email exchange quickly answered my question. This was so good that I ended up also buying a replacement top drawer for my dishwasher. Thank you for an excellent personal service.

New basket arrived a little later than expected but it was worth the wait. Easily transferred the wheels from the old basket to the new in a few minutes and slid the new basket into the dishwasher. The machine looks brand new. Ordering was easy and the price very competitive. Very happy with my purchase.

Twice I've ordered something listed as in stock on the website only for it to be delayed with the explanation (when someone finally replied) being that the part wasn't in stock by the time they came to despatch it. The first time I requested a cancellation after waiting for weeks. The second time was weirder: half my order arrived next day, the other half was marked dispatched earlier but took nearly a week to arrive. I tried to chase this up with customer services because DPD tracking said they hadn't actually received the parcel for days, until they suddenly showed it as clearing customs. However, my emails to customer services were repeatedly misunderstood. The first reply said my order was on the way but referred to the part already delivered despite me being clear about which bit I was querying. I replied to clarify and was told that the part wasn't in stock but by the time this email came through it had actually been delivered. At no point did anyone apologise. If the email replies hadn't taken so long to come I would be pretty sure that they're using an AI agent because the point was so completely missed. I won't be using this company again. Delivery is unpredictable regardless of what the website says. Customer service is poor. There are better parts websites out there.

The pump I ordered was described as 35W, but what arrived was only 30W. This was disappointing because I had specifically chosen a 35W pump to match the one I was replacing, which was also more expensive than the 30W option. DPD, the courier service, was extremely unhelpful. I ensured I was home during the scheduled delivery time, but I received a text saying I was not at home. They later provided a photo of my neighbour's house as proof. This 24-hour delay ruined my plans for the week.

I googled the maker of my dishwasher and Fixpart came up with several options. Their website has a search option which I used with my model number and received an exact match. In addition the site shows diagrams of the part which I could compare with my existing item. I placed an order and received confirmation of costs and delivery. The order was then issued to their courier who updated me as the order and delivery progressed and delivered as stated originally. The whole process of searching, comparing and ordering my item was straight forward, no complications and dishwasher now fully functional, so 10 out of10 to Fixpart.

Not a massive amount of communication to say the part had been dispatched, no real tracking information until about a 10 days after the part was ordered. But it did turn up well packaged and undamaged. However I think the part is slightly faulty from manufacture as it leans to one sauce and therefore the shelf actually connects with the rubber seal on one side of my dishwasher rather then clearing both sides and sitting square in the middle. But my dishwasher is over 10 years old so I accept the flaw for convenience of getting on with my life.

I needed a deeper door shelf for sauce bottles which kept falling out as we opened the fridge. I sourced the product I needed with help from a lovely lady at Fixpart and it arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. No more items falling out of the too shallow door shelves when you open the fridge. Fantastic!!! It was worth the £24 I paid for it. My Hisense Fridge Freezer is now complete and perfect for my purposes. In my opinion the manufacturers should make this item with two deep shelves and two shallow shelves in the fridge door.
