I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Really pleased I was able to find the part I needed as my appliance is over 25 years old. It arrived in good time but I felt that the packaging was a little oversized for the actual item, however, at least it was recyclable

Part to longer than stipulated on the website to arrive and communication was very poor. Despite using the online contact feature twice I had no reply to my query.
The part that arrived was correct and packaged well.

Part from France? Arrived in great time
This part is exactly the same as the Rangemaster part at more than twice the price from another supplier. It arrived within 24 hrs all the way from France with French stickers. Works perfectly in my Rangemaster hood

Very good fast delivery. Initially had an issue paying as didn’t say it wouldn’t except a debit card just kept emailing the next day saying sale wasn’t complete but as soon as I used a credit card it was fine .
