YES we would use FIXPART again
A little disappointed that the part was labelled in Stock and it wasn't. BUT the CS team updated us on a regular basis as to the expected shipping date and as the part was being shipped from Italy is was a fair and expected date. The courier/supplier provided daily updates as to the delivery status, the part was received and successfully installed for our customer. YES we would use FIXPART again and would recommend them to other appliance repairers.

Whilst more than a bit gutting, FIXPART (and especially Lauren) have been exemplary in following that up with Parcel Force, looking to arrange redelivery and subsequently progressing a full refund.
Through all of that Lauren's actions and communications were nothing but exceptional and very much appreciated. Thank you Lauren.

Good stock of parts at competive prices
Good stock of parts which were hard to find from other outlets I had traditionally relied upon. Fix part had both elements I wanted which therefore saved on doubled up postage.
Delivery was a little longer than expected and as the package had a customs label they may have come from outside the UK. Delivery timescales would have been appreciated but otherwise great.

Ordered a inlet valve for my Zanussi washing machine, description on website was good as is it so easy to pick the wrong part. After matching the image of the part to my part I ordered and received a confirmation email that my order was received and I noticed on the invoice the supplier seemed to be located in Netherlands which had me slightly concerened as the website listed the part in stock and said it would be despatched for next day delivery. I started reading other reviews delays with orders which had me worrying further, however I perservered and waited a couple of days and sure enough I received an email saying the part had been despatched and I received the part within 4 days. The part fitted perfectly and washine machine is now fixed. The part was a lot cheaper than other suppliers, so with that said just bear in mind there may be a slight delay in delivery from what is stated on the website, apart from that this company is one of the cheapest to buy and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again in the future.

Neff combined Microwave and oven grill element
Following my diagnosis of the failure of the grill element to my Neff combined microwave oven I was abale to go to the website and simply enter my model number andlocate the part. I placed the order and paid. Deliver was within a few days. Microwave and oven all working fine. Whilst the service from FixPart was good the ordering process was easy and the part fitted perfectly ,I was disappointed by the actions of DPD in delivering the parcel.Once I saw that DPD was the delivery company I knew that there would be a problem-and sure enough I was right.Despite having my address on my gate and house wall and the fact that my house is only on of three with our postcode,the delivery driver went to other houses trying to deliver the parcel and was clearly told where my house was it was dropped off at some random address as presumably the driver could not spend any more time looking for us. Really pleased with the extra parts for my Beko fridge freezer. I purchased one fridge door shelf and one internal shelf and both fitted perfectly and feel sturdy and well made. I had to replace a broken freezer drawer. The main issue was the fact the it is about 10 years old…FixPart’s website was fantastic: search the model name, model number, service number (all taken from the fridge freezer) and all available replacement parts compatible with that model popped up. I genuinely cannot believe the speed of the delivery. I ordered it and it arrived in less than 24 hours... probably more like 18. When things break, things like washing machines you want them back on the go as soon as possible and thanks to the speedy service, we had a load on the very next day.
Only additionw would be to throw in a couple of screws, it was not an issue as I had the old part, but you ask what could go above and beyond and that would be it.

Fixpart did find the parts and allow me to upgrade my equipment
I had never heard of fixpart until I needed some specific parts for our aircon units purchased 3-4 years ago. I was surprised to find I could get what I needed, albeit the items came from Italy and were currently out of stock. I made my order anyway and was given a lead time of around 5 weeks. I was kept updated of my order and given several opportunities to cancel and get a refund if I so wished. I chose to continue, and the items arrived on the day specified via FedEx. The parts were well packaged and fitted my equipment as promised when making my order. I was so pleased, and my sister in law who has the same machine asked me to order her the same parts aswell. This I have done. I have been promised a 1 to 2 week lead time for these, so let's wait and see what happens. To date very pleased with the supply and service received.

I needed a new lower basket for our dishwasher and a look on-line brought me to this site.
The ordering process was easy enough and the product photos made it simple to see what I was buying too.
