Great choice of parts.
Awkward to find part needed due to number of products stocked, this isn't a negative as fixpart have done brilliantly stocking the vast number of parts, that in my case Bosch seem to need for every model, 13 pages of parts for a 60/40 fridge freezer. Bosch need to streamline all the models and variations within those models, fixpart was easy to use and the item arrived the next day, very efficient.
Had to order twice as original part not in stock, although it showed, 'in stock'. I had to message FixPart after 6 working days to find out what was happening, then was told out of stock, but there was another one available at over twice the price. I doubt if the cheaper version was ever available! Even after the more expensive part was ordered, there was no delivery update until, again after 6 working days, I messaged FixPart for an update and behold, as if by magic I was told it would be delivered tomorrow. The part was delivered and in good undamaged condition, but FixPart communications and delivery updates are a very poor indeed. If you order a part you may well receive it, but when is the question!
Great part, misleading delivery time claim.
FixPart supplied me with a very good ice maker for my Neff American fridge freezer and I have no complaints about the actual item. However, I have left a 3 star rating because of the misinformation on their web site. The web site stated that the item was in stock with a delivery time of 2-4 days. Four days after I ordered the item I still had no update on my order so I emailed the company and asked them why the status of my order, on my online account, was still saying ‘processing’ when I was supposed to have it in 2-4 days. The reply I got completely ignored the screenshot I took off the item on their web site when I ordered it and told me that the item was coming from the supplier and once dispatched would have a delivery estimate of 8-10 days. Fortunately I was not in desperate need of this part, but it left a bad taste as I expect an online company to do what it says at the point of order.
I liked that it fits exactly and that it was the product I ordered.What could be done better is to send the parts I order together when I pay for two identical parts of the washing machine damper, then the difference is 8 to 10 days from the delivery of the two parts, each part came to me Especially one came to me seven days ago and the second one came to me today the same one I paid for together two exactly the same washing machine dampers first of all it is a useless thing for the money it is better to send it together
Looking to order a part for my Bosch washing machine, albeit over 10 years old. Put in the model number and found the part. Information on the website confirmed it was compatible with my machine. Ordered, paid, next day delivery, fitted by my husband and now fully working. Very easy to use site and I am sure if I needed further assistance it would have been easily accessible. Would use again and recommend this service to others.
A new internal freezer door
A new internal freezer was door was needed. It was received fine, but it was awkward to correctly assemble the new door, to fit back in place. It needed literally breaking the old broken door (that had been kept) to extract and enable the fixing necessary small parts to be attached to the new door. Two tiniest parts of the old door were needed. The new part posted was therefore incomplete without this extra work.
It was the first time I needed a part for my cordless Hoover. So, Went to the website wrongly thinking it was a british company based in the UK. Big mistake. Few days later, I received a notification from Fedex Italia (I am glad I am fluent in Italian) giving me info cc the shipment.. Few Days later, I received another email from Fedex Italia telling me that they did try to deliver in Maidstone (I assume it must the the supplier's warehouse) and will try again. So at the end, yesterday, I was delivered this 0.200 kg item and it took nearly 2 weeks. Next time, I will carefully check.

Liebherr fridge door hinges.
Easy to navigate website with extensive range of hinges which gave me a choice of hinges to choose from. Made easier with help via email with member of staff for me to select correct ones. Ordered and arrived in good time and well packaged and fitted perfectly. Very satisfied and would use this company again, recommended.
We thought your company was very good and efficient. Particularly liked the "exploded" diagrams for the parts.
HOWEVER, you might like to look at your delivery company, DPD. We were out when the delivery came - got home and the package was just thrown down on the drive and the packaging was ripped (see pics) - not very good with a part that cost over one hundred pounds!!

Products were well described on the website with compatibility to different brands listed. I was very pleased to find what I needed as my cooker hood is now pretty old.
The filter I bought said was compatible, but in fact was little small. But a small amount of bush mechanics got it to fit.
Communications from the Company were very good and delivery was quick.
quick delivery, especially considering it was shipped from France, very well packaged and a good fit, seems better quality than OEM (HOTPOINT) which rusted out in less than 3 years due to poor quality paint. purchased this for 50% of the cost from HOTPOINT after complaint was ignored by them.
An error in copying my product number gave me ample experience - all positive
I was having a slow problematic search for a replacement hob filter - eptirely because the model number of the product had got damaged/misread. So I had time for extended experience with the software (and one that allowed me to home in on the one problematic digit). I can confirm that a good range of supplier choices was provided with clear information, including significant ptice differences; that the ordering ptrocrdss was clear, rapid and delivery was efficientr/speedy, with a pridyct that works.
2020 Delonghi Dedica EC685M together with an anti drip valve. Issue fixed
Part worked for my 2020 Delonghi Dedica EC685M. Correct voltage and all. Taking the coffee machine apart was a challenge on its own, but it worked out in the end and is an okay task if you have a few hours spare. Would recommend getting an anti drip valve replaced together with the pump so ensure the issue gets fixed (sometimes that valve fails too) so while you have a taken apart coffee machine just refit the other part too.

Had ordered the part from a different company when it arrived it was total wrong even though it said it was the correct part went on line again and found FIXPART. Put in what I needed and it came up immediately ordered the part which came arrived two days later even though it said 4-6 days packed very well and it was exactly the part I needed would definitely recommend.
Quick delivery and great product
I looked at some reviews before buying, as I didnt know the site, there were a few mentions of things taking ages to arrive, mine came I think in 3 days, and that was from France, so I don't understand how it came over so quick. Good quality product, looks like a genuine remote, am very pleased, thank you
Replacement wash arm and riser unit
Dishwasher was showing signs of poorer cleaning. Initially thought it was degreaded seal on the wash arm/back wall connector but later released there was too much play in the wash arm. Disappointed that no replaced seals were available so hard to order the full riser unit too as well as the wash arm. Arrived quickly
I needed the igniter switch for my bistch glass hob. I checked via email with the company before purchasing. It was for the largest gas hob plate on the left of the hob. I got the one for the smaller ones but I did not specify it was for large plate nor did they ask when i contacted them. However we managed to install it ..its a bit short but lucky it just about works.
Really relieved the stress. While fitting my new kitchen my Bosch coffee machine was missing a power cable after trying to source it from other Bosch appliances to no avail.
I used fixpart to identify the correct cable. While all the other issues started to appear in the whole project this cable was the one thing that was actually correct! The kitchen isn’t finished but at least I have a good coffee in the chaos.

Key plus point was that the item I needed was available and in stock. A few negative costs - £52 for a fridge door handle WOW!!, very difficult to find item on website as search box had limited functionality and there was an awful lot of numbers to look through, did send a message asking for help and got a reply after a couple of days advising they were behind in replying to messages and did I still need info, video showing how to fit handle was totally inaccurate, handle received was not actually complete and two small parts needed to be transferred from the broken handle to the new. Not "possibly" but DEFINITELY could have been better.
