Customer service dealt with our problems efficiently. Packaging seems to flimsy for the products or your delivery company (DX Freight) mishandle any packages which are heavy. Of 9 packages received 7 were badly broken apart. The delivery driver refused to bring one package as the contents has spilled all over his truck. He left it behind to be repacked. The 2 packages that were not damaged were very light weight

I bought a 3m x 6m polytunnel. The steelwork is to be expected for the peice I wasn't expecting thick rugged pipe. Assembly is easy however one of the boxes supplied the wrong labeled pipes which meant I had to get another sent out which was done in very good time. Which is why I didnt give 5 stars. Overall so far im happy with it! I would say the doorways could do with a bit of rework purely because they are connected with a push button not a fixing so they move a lot which can cause the door to open with a wind... but I will fix that myself. As I mentioned you get what you pay for I wasn't expecting a commercial grade polytunnel!

This is the second garden gazebo we bought from House of Tents. It is the fourth of this type we have had in the last 15 years or so. They suit our needs but they are perishable and the wind always gets to them eventually where we are. The House of Tents versions have been the best we have found. They are very well designed to put up and down. They are also quite robust. The last one was left out in November -not advisable-and blew down but most of it survived and we were able to get a new roof and some other parts. Customer service is good and you can get through to a member of staff. Quick delivery.

Needing a large marquee for functions at our boat club, I did a lot of research on it. House of tents was the best for quality and price. The information on the website was excellent. I ordered an 8x4m. It arrived in two days and the service was great. I was kept informed at all stages. A few of the small fittings were missing from the boxes. I contacted them by email. They replied very quickly and the missing parts were sent out promptly. The marquee was of excellent quality and went up with no problems. I would recommend this company without hesitation and would definitely use again.

Firstly I would like to say that price was really good as I got it under offer for the size of the tent. Communication was brilliant. Postage was as described. I didn't give 5* as 2 of 5 boxes were ripped and I was worried that items maybe missing. One of the box was ok as they were just metal poles, but other box had all fittings and when I open it up to assemble the tent, fittings were all over the box as the bag inside was ripped too. While I was setting it up one of the button has come off from the whole and I am worried that it may now rip the top fabric. Other issue was the one side pole buckled up while we were lifting it up to install the side leg pieces. This really raises the question, how reliable it will be in some windy and stormy conditions as I thought pole should be stronger. I forgot to take pictures and tent is already packed away in the box

All arrived in perfect condition. It has all been put together without any problems. This aluminium marquee replaces the old steel one which has be up for 10 years and little by little has gone rusty. During the 10 years I have replaced the fabric roof 4 times. So, I am hoping that the poly-carbonate roof on the new one will perform better. Many thanks for another great product.

I bought a 3.3x4.8 2300n tarpaulin field shelter x 2 and a smaller version. The heavy duty green material suits the farm surroundings and has withstood high winds however I have weighed the edges down with ballast for peace of mind. and there is extra skirt to do that. It comes with a very comprehensive pegging down system ( for soil) . The tubing is screwed together with wing shaped bolts. I wish these were just normal bolts as I could speed the whole build process up by using the many tools available on the market to tighten the bolts quickly. I keep my small tractor in it along with some pallets. It's always warm inside when the sun's out even in winter. These shelters are amazing value especially when there is a sale on and are far better than those from garden centre or nursery building suppliers.

Ordered late Friday night and was delivered Tuesday. Made a fantastic place to sit n keep dry when raining instead of under a fabric gazebo that’s only showerproof. N great to have somewhere to sit without being blinded, cos my garden is a real sun trap. Absolutely love it, nice big solid frame, really solid, I lent a leg up on the fence and it fell down behind me and split my head clean open, spent 10 hours in A&E. Time will tell how it holds up over winter but truthfully I have faith in it. Overall 10/10 for house of tents and the gazebo itself.

Packets arrived damaged and parts missing. I contacted house if Tents. They were very helpful and advised me what to do. I had some missing parts which were areanged to be delivered to me. They were true to their word and even threw in some storage bags for the inconvenience.. thank you. I won't be putting this up until November 28th hopefully all will be well.

Gazebo 3x3 sunset superior loft grey. Ordered online 17th September arrived the following day, delivery was excellent and well packed. Decanted everything to check all components were present and correct, with no damage, everything was all in order. I noticed that all the components were of good quality and well made, very sturdy. After starting to erect the gazebo on the Saturday it was finished on the Sunday, just myself no help, and looks fantastic. Love the built in track runners for the curtains supplied, which look good quality too, as supplied. The runners will also accommodate net curtains which I do intend to purchase from this company. After having two other gazebo's, albeit soft-top, this is far the best gazebo I have purchased and worth paying the extra money. I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a gazebo, especially the Sunset Superior. No complaints whatsoever and nothing to improve from my own experience dealing with House of Tents.

Was worried from some of the reviews but have to say everything was great. It all arrived at the same time and the tent is pretty amazing. VERY happy. The instructions are almost IMPOSSIBLE to understand but thankfully there are videos on YouTube that make the process of set up a little easier. Over all though mega happy. Just hoping it doesn’t blow away in the next storm.!

Ordered net curtains to go with the gazebo I recently purchased from the same company. Ordered online and delivered the very next day, excellent delivery service and great quality as was the gazebo. Very pleased with the products and service supplied by this company, and would defiantly recommend House of Tents. No pictures to show as curtains will not be put up until 2027 now.

Delivery had a small issue only because 1 in a million chance that I bought my product same time a Neigbour in same area and dispatch put both addresses on package. However great courier sorted it all out The product is great poles solid and fabric really strong when erected is great solid build. Would buy it again. I purchased this as I bought one from Argos £180 and it is that poor quality I have requested refund it lasted about 3 days before win ripped the tabs etc. Good for this and you will have spent money well.

Great 12x6m tent. Instructions annoyingly don’t match the pole numbers (based on pole ID number) but not rocket science, but adds 10 mins of stress. Otherwise I put this up single handed in about 2 hours. Note you do need two or more people for final pole leg lift of you will buckle the horizontal poles. Same when deconstructing. Otherwise a solid product and great price. Only other negative is the boxes were ripped to bits when it arrived - but you’re never going to get the tarp back I the box anyway! Solid purchase.

Good quality product, straight forward to put together. Did take us 1 hour longer than stated on the instructions. Good price, I brought it in the sale, a cheaper alternative for covered storage. Only down side was the delivery didn't come as one, 6 boxes in total came over 3 days, Initially I called the very helpful service department. I was in a hurry to get the tent as we finally had rain on the forecast and but we are still feeding hay in the UK, after a very dry summer. I was able to put the frame up, then on the third day my cover arrived. I haven't yet put the door on the tent as I'm storing mini hesston's which are very tight when the door is in place, if I'd stacked them the other way around I could have double stacked, but it was chucking it down when my hay delivery arrived and I only had 5 to put in.

This was purchased for erection next spring/summer so I can't comment on the actual product yet. However, I can comment on the order process and delivery. The order process was very easy, apart from a hiccup with the credit card used due to an apparent fault with the mobile phone app. However, that was obviously not the responsibility of House of Tents. The order was delivered very quickly and the delivery driver was very helpful in helping me to place the boxes, tidily in the garage. There is some damage to the exterior of the boxes which I'm assuming has not transferred to the product. I won't know until I unpack it for assembly next year. I did, however take some photos of the damage and I have taken the opportunity to add them to this review.

Good professional website. Had a problem with my order due to One word of our Company Name being on a santions list, causing untold grief. Company did managed to sort it and just had delivery which I am very releived about. Not checked the boxes yet as there are 15 of them (very big tent). Just had a lovely call from the company appologizing for the trouble caused (not of their making thats German Governments fault). So I have deleted the poor review I gave and changed it to reflect the work House of Tents has done to sort a sticky situation. Compliments to house of tents shows problems happen but they work hard were possible to sort it. Can't ask for more than that.

The marquee I purchased was the perfect size, arrived on time and was in excellent condition with no damage. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Value for money on the selected tent was simply excellent - everything exactly as described. The delivery was equally impressive with a super swift turnaround being achieved - well done. Communication throughout transaction and supply was all good too. My only frustration was with a product that was advertised as "Special Stock". It was a better product, at an attractive price, but with the caveat of possible additional costs, which turned out to be a real performance to get clarified/costed. It's a shame as I would have spent more and bought a better product if this hadn't been such a chore.

We were very pleased with the service from “House of Tents” but unfortunately the gazebo we purchased has proved to be too big for our garden. Also my husband and I are both over 70 and can’t manage to erect it because of the weight. Because we were so pleased with it initially we unpacked everything and got rid of the packaging. We are now left with all the components but can’t return it because we don’t have the box to return it in. Any advice would as to what to do with it or how to return it would be gratefully received. It is an expensive mistake.
