Delivery had a small issue only because 1 in a million chance that I bought my product same time a Neigbour in same area and dispatch put both addresses on package. However great courier sorted it all out The product is great poles solid and fabric really strong when erected is great solid build. Would buy it again. I purchased this as I bought one from Argos £180 and it is that poor quality I have requested refund it lasted about 3 days before win ripped the tabs etc. Good for this and you will have spent money well.

Great 12x6m tent. Instructions annoyingly don’t match the pole numbers (based on pole ID number) but not rocket science, but adds 10 mins of stress. Otherwise I put this up single handed in about 2 hours. Note you do need two or more people for final pole leg lift of you will buckle the horizontal poles. Same when deconstructing. Otherwise a solid product and great price. Only other negative is the boxes were ripped to bits when it arrived - but you’re never going to get the tarp back I the box anyway! Solid purchase.

This was purchased for erection next spring/summer so I can't comment on the actual product yet. However, I can comment on the order process and delivery. The order process was very easy, apart from a hiccup with the credit card used due to an apparent fault with the mobile phone app. However, that was obviously not the responsibility of House of Tents. The order was delivered very quickly and the delivery driver was very helpful in helping me to place the boxes, tidily in the garage. There is some damage to the exterior of the boxes which I'm assuming has not transferred to the product. I won't know until I unpack it for assembly next year. I did, however take some photos of the damage and I have taken the opportunity to add them to this review.

Good quality product, straight forward to put together. Did take us 1 hour longer than stated on the instructions. Good price, I brought it in the sale, a cheaper alternative for covered storage. Only down side was the delivery didn't come as one, 6 boxes in total came over 3 days, Initially I called the very helpful service department. I was in a hurry to get the tent as we finally had rain on the forecast and but we are still feeding hay in the UK, after a very dry summer. I was able to put the frame up, then on the third day my cover arrived. I haven't yet put the door on the tent as I'm storing mini hesston's which are very tight when the door is in place, if I'd stacked them the other way around I could have double stacked, but it was chucking it down when my hay delivery arrived and I only had 5 to put in.

Excellent service from start to finish! This company is trustworthy, reliable and very helpful. The marquee I purchased was the perfect size, arrived on time and was in excellent condition with no damage. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Value for money on the selected tent was simply excellent - everything exactly as described. The delivery was equally impressive with a super swift turnaround being achieved - well done. Communication throughout transaction and supply was all good too. My only frustration was with a product that was advertised as "Special Stock". It was a better product, at an attractive price, but with the caveat of possible additional costs, which turned out to be a real performance to get clarified/costed. It's a shame as I would have spent more and bought a better product if this hadn't been such a chore.

We were very pleased with the service from “House of Tents” but unfortunately the gazebo we purchased has proved to be too big for our garden. Also my husband and I are both over 70 and can’t manage to erect it because of the weight. Because we were so pleased with it initially we unpacked everything and got rid of the packaging. We are now left with all the components but can’t return it because we don’t have the box to return it in. Any advice would as to what to do with it or how to return it would be gratefully received. It is an expensive mistake.

There was a problem with the delivery of the different parcels. I opened each of the first three parcels and I judged that everything had been delivered except the curtains for the Gazebo. After the delivery of the first three parcels, I received an email stating that the order had been completed. I telephoned your Customer Service in Hamburg and the response was excellent. Approximately after 24 hours I received a telephone call and was informed that the fourth parcel was on its way. I received it yesterday.

Four and a half stars really! A couple of small points; Surprised by the delivery - message from DX stating delivery due on the following day - actually delivered by an unmarked van the day before apparently due. OK - we happened to be at home and got the assembly completed that afternoon. It wasn't immediately obvious how the side panels were to be fitted. This took a bit of trial and error The part number identity labels could be a bit bigger and easier to identify when unpacking. The assembly instruction pictures were OK - not having seen the labels on the four uprights made step 3 puzzling for a few minutes. One end of one of the curtain rail track pieces was slightly bent so the the hanger hooks fell out - not clear whether this was due to handling in shipment/delivery - packaging was bit scuffed and had a few tears but seemed OK. Lots of tape on the carton and all of the separate component packs. I remounted the hanger hooks and squeezed the rail together OK ( about 3mm. Other than those points - much pleased with the assembled unit.

Delivery was excellent, and as promised. I found the initial phase of interpreting instructions (where multiple size tents are contained on the same page) a little difficult and possibly too much information. After double-checking the reference numbers, I found the drawings much more helpful - and eventually logic overtook the instructions. The product is extremely good, and I feel secure it it being so for many years.

Nice and simple to order, delivery was quick. I read lots of reviews and then I made my decision to purchase, I bought a waterproof gazebo, it looks lovely and was so easy to put together (or do my son said) 🤣 we have had no rain to test it yet but it’s definitely a great thing to have to keep in the shade. Screwed down to concrete and the fittings were supplied so it’s very sturdy. Best price online as well, happy customer here!

Temporary garage was very easy to put together. The ‘premium’ tarp material looks a bit flimsy so will have to see how that stands up to the weather particularly wind and UV. The basic pegs that come with the kit are also flimsy and won’t screw into stony ground. I bought the storm tie down kit and this looks like it will keep everything firmly anchored but it is a bit unsightly.

Delivered in excellent time, although in two separate drops a couple of hours apart. Every individual part was marked with its number and the construction instructions were easy to follow. Asked for some advice on fixing the base and the reply came quickly. Gazebo itself is of excellent quality and I would be happy to recommend.

Fast delivery, basically easier to build than a small greenhouse. Spare parts appreciated, maybe more holes for the thick vertical square poles in the future for wood deckings but thats the only thing i can think of that would need improving although its not that big of a problem considering even without screwing anything in, the wind didnt seem capable of blowing the gazebo away.

After a small delay in delivery (but given the extremely hot wether understandable) all arrived. Could do with more advice on what weights when used on non grass surfaces are required to make it safe and I think the pegs issued are really not adequate if they were being used, bit other than that looks good value for money - the only question now is will it last. Being used as a Big Band shelter for outdoor concerts.

It is a really good gazebo. Strong, sturdy, looks nice, heavy and top quality side panels. Giving 5* because it is excellent once it's made. A few negatives however. The construction instructions are a bit minimal and seem to rely on prior knowledge of such building. Two T bolts have to be slid into the roof struts at an early stage but this is not indicated very clearly and is shown next to a picture of the same bolts being used in a different way. Our son, an engineer, worked it out, but it meant we had to take the whole roof off and do it again to correct the mistake. One cross strut was missing a hole and we had to drill it out. The zips on the side panels are not as good quality as the panels themselves. They function but we're wondering how long they will last.

When an order goes wrong due to some damage during transit-you despair and worry how long it will take to get it resolved and more importantly will I be able to speak to a human !!Well Igor answered the phone took details and has resolved the issue after just one phone call. The response was excellent and the product quality was first class.It is good to know that if you have a problem it can be sorted without fuss or a drama-THANK-YOU -Brian

Brilliant service yet again contacted them to see if I could do what I wanted to do in extending the one that I’ve already got and gave me the advice that was needed so if you want a company that is professional and helpful you your needs can’t recommend them high enough I would attach pictures but still got to level the ground for the second one

I have purchased from House of tents on many occasions and always find the experience pleasant, however on this occasion the company they used to deliver the order was less than professional. The driver was met with no one on site to accept the deliver and even with the weather being rain for the next 3 days and raining on the day of delivery he still decided it would be better to leave the items in the rain just inside the gate, even though there was a very large car port some 20 feet away where he could have left the items out of the rain. By the time I returned the items were almost impossible to move as they were soaking wet and the cardboard was disintegrating as you tried to move them. I have had similar experiences from this parcel company and try always to avoid using them as their drivers have no care for their clients or parcels. you can see on the photo attached the items were in the open as it was raining hard, the parcels are already soaking wet.

Customer service were good and efficient, unfortunately had an issue with the curtains and non in stock till December to Feb, concerned that if only 1 curtain is replaced it won't match up. More consideration needed when packing the roof as quiet a few dints. Very nice heavyvduty gazebo, took hubby 4 hrs to install on his own, with myself passing each part. Due to the issues I have scored a 4 but would of Been a 5
