They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

I have tried to email customercare@pakcosmetics.com
Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like.

Five stars but…
That it had insurance attached, as things go missing unfortunately for whatever reason and this guarantee gives some comfort in knowing you will get your money back even if you’re disappointed you don’t get your goods.
I gave five stars but I will say more care needs to be taken with the packaging.One of my items had a cracked lid that wasn’t off the lid but I hadn’t lost any of the content.I can live with that but other customers may not be so forgiving.5 stars⭐️

Great selection of products
Lovely site to find some American hair and beauty products that aren’t commonly found in UK stores. I hope the website’s search function becomes more accurate in future as it pulls a lot of unrelated products and you have to scroll through pages at times to find the desired product.

I have been going to Pak for years- used to live near the shop in London and then when I moved to Scotland thankfully they have a website which has everything I need. Always find the prices are good, great choice and the delivery is fast.

The website was easy to navigate and it was easy to submit the order. The delivery came earlier than expected (within 2-3 days). The items in the package was completed and arrived in good condition. I will definitely shop here again
