They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like.
I have attached pictures.

I have ordered the Denim (Black, Original, Raw Passion and Azure). I have tried Black and Original and the fragrance were wonderful. I haven’t tried Raw Passion and Azure but when I try them next I will definitely give a feedback about them. This was my second order and was impressed how quickly it was processed and dispatched. I would have ordered Denim Musk in my second order but it was out of stock on the website.
In my first order I had tried Denim (Black, Original and Musk) and fragrance were wonderful. The first order was processed quickly as well.

Communication was great. I wanted 6 packs of hair same colour and was contacted before my order was dispatched to see if I was happy to change to the next colour. I have searched high and low for this product and was so happy to find exactly what I wanted.

I’ve never had any issues with ordering and receiving my items. So far I’ve ordered 4 different times and everything was processed promptly and I receive it within 3 working days each time!
