They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like.

Brilliant 🤩 Efficient and Quick Delivery I am so impressed.
I prefer to order my products from PAKS rather than elsewhere.
I like to order my hair extensions from PAKS as they arrive in named boxes and packaging which reinforces the genuine quality of the items sent out.
The packaging of my product's was very good and you can see that it has been done thoroughly and with care.
Keep up the quick delivery service. I will be ordering more regularly.

I found Paks five years ago when I began my own curly hair journey. For one for the selection available, its better and definitely more aimed at the wavy, curly, coily, natural hair communities which is awesome. Plus often much cheaper than major chain stores. Like a massive tub of eco styler here is miles cheaper, plus they have so much more. Its a great place i recommend to all textured hair folks, especially if you want good products at good prices.

Dispatched quickly and promptly. Beauty/cosmetic products packaged well in a box and taped so no damage or leakage. However, I would suggest to perhaps bubble wrap or have stronger parcel bag/wrap - my parcel arrived with a small tear (could see into my packaging)
I am highly pleased with Paks online as much as I am in person when visiting stores. Thank you very much
